Description

The holiday home has a large roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and a beautiful garden terrace. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a music system. The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee machine
The holiday home has a guest toilet with shower on the ground floor and a shower room with sauna on the upper floor. 3 bedrooms (each with double bed 2.00 x 1.80 ) provide for relaxing hours. The bedrooms are equipped with cork floors, the ground floor is completely tiled. Two cots, two highchairs and toys are available for our younger guests. WLAN is free of charge, The holiday home has a 22 kW charging station for your electric car from 01.01.2022, these electricity costs are separate,

A first-class living experience awaits you in this beautiful holiday home, only 200m from the Baltic Sea. You will spend your holiday in a traffic-calmed location, surrounded by cycling and hiking paths. In addition, you will find a good alternative to the beach in the adventure pool "Wonnemar" in the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Due to the short distance of the holiday home to Wismar (15km), to the Baltic Sea spa Boltenhagen (9km) and Schwerin, the capital of M-V (42km), you can make daily trips at reasonable prices. Due to the location in direct proximity to the Baltic Sea coast, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, Warnemünde and the island of Rügen are ideal for excursions. In spring, autumn and winter, the sandy beach invites you to take long walks in the healthy air.

Cancellation terms:

Termination of the Rental Agreement a. The landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the down payment agreed upon in the rental contract is not received by the landlord's bank account within the specified deadline (banking details as per the rental contract). b. The termination of the rental agreement by the tenant must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the landlord charges the tenant a flat fee of €26, plus VAT (currently 19%), to cover the additional administrative costs or offers a rebooking to another available period at no extra cost. The tenant has the right to prove that the landlord incurred lower processing costs. Additionally, the tenant must cover any damages incurred by the landlord due to the cancellation. The landlord is obligated to immediately re-let the period upon receipt of the cancellation. In this case, no further costs, other than the processing fee, will be incurred by the tenant. If re-letting the canceled period entirely or partially fails, the landlord will charge the tenant a damage flat rate, calculated as follows: A flat rate of 20% of the rental amount if the tenant cancels the booking within the period after signing the rental agreement up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the rental agreement is canceled from 6 to 2 weeks before arrival, a damage flat rate of 40% of the rental cost is charged. If the booking is canceled from 14 days up to the day of arrival, the tenant is obligated to pay the full rental amount, minus the landlord’s saved own expenses (flat 10% of the rental amount). If the landlord agrees, the tenant may provide a substitute tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the rental agreement. Therefore, the landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
