The holiday home has a large roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and a beautiful garden terrace. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a music system. The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee machine
The holiday home has a guest toilet with shower on the ground floor and a shower room with sauna on the upper floor. 3 bedrooms (each with double bed 2.00 x 1.80 ) provide for relaxing hours. The bedrooms are equipped with cork floors, the ground floor is completely tiled. Two cots, two highchairs and toys are available for our younger guests. You will spend your holiday in a traffic-calmed location, surrounded by cycling and hiking paths. In addition, you will find a good alternative to the beach in the adventure pool "Wonnemar" in the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Due to the short distance of the holiday home to Wismar (15km), to the Baltic Sea spa Boltenhagen (9km) and Schwerin, the capital of M-V (42km), you can make daily trips at reasonable prices. Due to the location in direct proximity to the Baltic Sea coast, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, Warnemünde and the island of Rügen are ideal for excursions. In spring, autumn and winter, the sandy beach invites you to take long walks in the healthy air.

Cancellation terms:
- Kündigung des Mietvertrages a. Der Vermieter behält sich ein Rücktrittsrecht von dem Mietvertrag für den Fall vor, sofern die lt. Mietvertrag vereinbarte Anzahlung durch den Mieter nicht fristgemäß auf dem Konto des Vermieters eingeht (Bankverbindung lt. Mietvertrag). b. Die Kündigung des Mietvertrages durch den Mieter muss schriftlich erfolgen. Der Vermieter berechnet dem Mieter im Falle einer Stornierung zur Abgeltung des entstandenen Mehraufwandes eine Pauschale in Höhe von Euro 26,- zzgl. MwSt. (z.Zt. 19 %) oder bietet eine Umbuchung auf einen noch freien Zeitraum ohne zusätzliche Kosten an. Dem Mieter ist es gestattet nachzuweisen, dass der Vermieter Bearbeitungskosten von geringerer Höhe hatte. Zusätzlich muss der Mieter für den Schaden aufkommen, der dem Vermieter durch die Stornierung entsteht. Der Vermieter verpflichtet sich, unverzüglich nach Erhalt der Stornierung den Zeitraum neu zu vermieten. In diesem Fall entstehen dem Mieter keine weiteren Kosten außer der Bearbeitungsgebühr. Gelingt es nicht, den stornierten Zeitraum ganz oder teilweise weiterzuvermieten, berechnet der Vermieter dem Mieter eine Schadenspauschale, die sich wie folgt zusammensetzt: Eine Schadenspauschale in Höhe von 20 % des Mietbetrages werden berechnet, wenn der Mieter die Buchung in dem Zeitraum nach Abschluss des Mietvertrages bis 6 Wochen vor Anreise storniert. Bei Stornierung des Mietvertrages im Zeitraum von 6 bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise wird eine Schadenspauschale von 40 % der Mietkosten berechnet. Wird die Buchung im Zeitraum von 14 Tage bis zum Anreisetag storniert, ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den gesamten Mietbetrag, abzüglich ersparter Eigenaufwendungen des Vermieters (pauschal 10 % des Mietbetrages) zu entrichten. Der Mieter kann bei Zustimmung des Vermieters einen Nachmieter besorgen, der die Rechte und Pflichten des Mietvertrages übernimmt. Der Vermieter empfiehlt deshalb den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
