Very comfortable feel-good apartments, with balcony or terrace, sunny and central, yet quiet in the middle of a beautiful mountain world (828 m above sea level). In each of the lovingly furnished luxury apartments with oak parquet floors there is an infrared wellness booth and there is also a wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin for shared use. At the entrance there is a cozy, small lounge with a pool table. The property has been completely renovated taking into account energy-saving and environmentally friendly measures. In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps enjoy a soothing, rural atmosphere with the highest living comfort.

Activities in the area: Recreation park and swimming lake Salvenaland in Hopfgarten at approx. 10 km away. Hiking trails: Waldrandweg 200 m, Panoramaeg and Käsealm - Hornerstiegl 150 m, Adventurepad Franziskusweg 800 m. The area will be rediscovered once aerated and marked in the 300 km. On the tops you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Inntal, the Kitzbüheler and the Zillertal Alps. There are countless Nordic Walking routes right outside the door. With the Wildschönau guest card, numerous services are included for you at the price: use of the mountain railways in Niederau and Auffach, access to the Wildschönau outdoor swimming pool, KiteClub - Children's club with children's program - 5x per week in the holiday periods, walking program - guided walks of Monday to Friday, use of the tennis court, access to different museums

Apartment is spacious and clean, it’s location close by ski lifts, supermarket etc. Check in was quick, friendly and lady was super nice, helpful and amazing English

It's a beautiful apartment. Very clean, very complete. We have an apartment on the second floor with a fantastic view.

It is a nice apartment for a family with adult children and partners. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are good and there are two bathrooms. The private infrared cabin in the bathroom was also very nice!
There is also a shared room for all ski equipment, including boot warmers. And there is a communal hot air sauna. The location is also great! Close to the ski bus and the gondola lift in Niederau.
What can be improved:
- the kitchen did not function optimally. Both the stove and the oven did not work properly. When we went to reception with this, we were told that they were aware of this and that we had to use a different position. It is a shame that this is not repaired or indicated in advance. As a result, 1 evening meal was almost lost. In addition, there were also no coasters to place pans on the table and the knives were very dull.
- You only get 1 set of towels for the entire week. When we asked for clean towels, this was experienced as very complicated and we were told that we should have brought extra towels ourselves. After asking if we could pay for them differently, we did receive clean towels, but that was not the case.
- The apartments are quite noisy. You can hear people in the hallway of the complex as if they were in your apartment. And we were unlucky that 2 of the bedrooms were at the back where a neighbor keeps ducks, which started quacking loudly every morning at 6:00 am.
- Finally, the dining table could have been slightly larger for 6 people and a nice lounge sofa would not have been out of place. The floor is a bit tired and the music system and TV are outdated (e.g. no option to stream)
. However, these are things that could have completed the whole thing, but are not a necessity.
