Beautiful, modern and well-equipped Tyrolean wooden houses, sunny and centrally located in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps (828 m above sea level). After an active day of hiking you can relax in the wellness area of the main building (apartments Vicky, approx. 100 m²). Wooden floors in the houses provide a cozy atmosphere and the underfloor heating also provides a very pleasant living climate. The younger guests look forward to a wonderful adventure playground with numerous play equipment.

Spacious house! Good bedrooms with enough closet space. Walking distance supermarket and restaurants.

Nice location and neat houses. Everything is well organized for the children. The only downside was that there was nothing to close the stairs with (stair gate, etc.)

The flat is located in the centre of the village, everything is easily accessible, the main road is very noisy from 5 a.m. until evening, rubbish is disposed of twice a week, but the collection should be more inconspicuous (avoid rattling bottles from 7 a.m.!), the equipment and quality of the flat is good value for money,
