Welcome to the "Panorama Chalet Sonnberg" in the skiing and hiking area Hochtal Wildschönau in the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol. You enter through your separate front door via the two covered car parking spaces. On this living level you will find the spacious eat-in kitchen with adjoining south-facing balcony, 2 hallways, small bedroom, separate WC and laundry room with washing machine and cupboard. Downstairs on the garden level is the very large bedroom, into which a baby or children's bed and up to 2 additional beds can be integrated on request. Adjacent is a large bathroom with corner bath. The patio door leads to the covered terrace, the arcades with outdoor double bed and the garden with sauna. Use of the sauna is included on 2 evenings. A spiral staircase leads from the eat-in kitchen to the very spacious living room, a third bedroom, 2 bathrooms and the roof terrace. From all 3 living levels you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains, the ski slopes and the small village of Niederau. The garden is for your exclusive use. 2 trekking e-bikes and in winter 2 toboggans can be used free of charge, subject to availability.
The accommodation is equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. All beds are equipped with high-quality natural latex zone mattresses and natural bedding. We wash bed linen and towels made from certified organic cotton with organic detergent. We have 100% green electricity and solar hot water. The good tap water is energised with the Grander system.
The pictures show the idyllic location of the house in the middle of nature and the lovely furnishings. You can see the beauty of the surrounding mountains and the cosy atmosphere of the house. The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the mountains, whether you are looking for peace and quiet or want to actively explore nature. The mountain lifts in summer and the swimming pool are free of charge with the Wildschönau Card.
In winter you have the possibility to choose between the ski areas "Skijuwel Alpachtal-Wildschönau" or ski "Welt Wilder Kaiser" with connection Kitzski. There are 3 toboggan runs, also night tobogganing is offered. Ice rink for ice skating, curling are in the high valley Wildschönau. The family leisure centre Drachental is only 3 km away.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located at the end of a small road halfway up the mountain, above a small alpine pasture, on a south-facing slope in the Wildschönau high valley in the centre of the Kitzbühel Alps. The Wildschönau is very attractive in both summer and winter.
In summer you can hike, cycle, walk, ride, fly, swim and play golf nearby. Make excursions to Kitzbühel, Elmau (TV series Bergdoktor), Kufstein, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Achensee ... .
And in winter there are opportunities for all sporting activities in the immediate vicinity.
