This modern and comfortably furnished villa is quietly located near the medieval village of Camaiore on a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The villa has been recently refurbished. The rooms are located in the terraced house in the upper part. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the large breakfast terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the nearby mountains. Here you can also enjoy long barbecues. The village of Camaiore attracts with its narrow streets, where you will find numerous trattorias and small shops. In just A 20-minute drive takes you to the endless white sandy beaches of the long coastline, which promise carefree days by the sea.There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the loose palm promenade. Details: 1 bottle of wine on arrival WiFi Activities in the area: Marvel at the high city walls of Lucca and stroll the narrow streets many small shops. A bike ride on the high city walls is worthwhile. Then you can go around the whole city once. Also don't miss a day trip to Florence, where you can get inspired by art and culture not suitable for people with reduced mobility

a very cozy house with a beautiful garden and a spectacular view.
Paola, the owner is friendly and hospitable. The house was super clean, but the double bed creaks and is not 100 percent comfortable. For the rest, top location for a great vacation.

The house provides everything, but it could be a lot better in all areas. It must be said that the sanitary facilities look very neat, but the shower needs to be replaced and very little water comes out.
Kitchen could definitely use an upgrade. Bed creaks and squeaks on all sides.
The sunbeds outside are good, on the hard side, but I think that is because they are still fairly new. The rest of the outdoor furniture is just crying. Just like the dining chairs inside.
For the rest, an oasis of peace if you can shut off the sounds of the village around you a bit.

The last street is nerve-racking, but afterwards you are rewarded with peace and a fantastic view. The hostess Paola is very nice and even brought us a cake,

Top accommodation, Paola is a very friendly hostess, the house corresponds 1 to 1 to the description and the pictures, 15 minutes by car to the beach and to the larger shops, nevertheless idyllically secluded, vacation to enjoy peace, absolute recommendation! !! We will be back,
