The presentation on FeWo-direkt was misleading. We thought we had booked a holiday home, but it turned out to be an apartment in the attic of an apartment building with 10-12 parties. (Other vacationers also experienced the same.) Great location.

There was no microwave. A mosquito protection and light for reading on the terrace would have been nice. The bunk beds are in need of renovation. The cabinets were not ventilated enough. The service and helpfulness were great.

Dear Sir or Madam, as we had already selected the property in advance and only made the booking through the travel agency, we do not believe we can really say anything about the TUI agency. During the reservation and subsequent booking, we were always informed friendly and willingly about all our questions and felt well taken care of in this regard. The property itself is optimal for us and the on-site support was excellently provided by the landlords themselves. We did not see anything from TUI.

The accommodation did not even meet the minimum standards in Germany. It was a bungalow with 70s-style furnishings, very basic and without any luxury or cozy atmosphere. The bunk beds were only usable on the bottom floor as the top floor was unfortunately not accessible.

We were really surprised how great it is there. Keep it up, big praise also for the landlady, she is really always helpful. Only downside: the house is really noisy. We really liked it here. The bungalow is simply furnished, but clean and tidy. It's a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Our daughter and our little dog especially enjoyed it. Children and dogs are very welcome here. The pool and the common room provided a nice change. Elisa, the lovely host, took care of everything and made us feel very well looked after. She anticipated every wish. The only downside is the distance to the town.

The very good overall impression is only made a little worse by the very sparse inventory in the house, a comfortable armchair is missing, very good care, excellent location for excursions to Lake Garda and the mountains, ideal for hiking and mountain biking, especially for families with children and/or dogs, seniors can also enjoy complete peace and quiet in autumn, additional costs of 5? per day for an electric heater or 10? for the central heating and in autumn maybe an additional basket of firewood for 3
