Description
The cozy house for a maximum of five people offers 112 sqm of living space on a 500 sqm plot in a quiet location. In 2011, a new, fully equipped kitchen has been installed. The house has three bedrooms and a cozy living room with direct access to the lake side terrace. In a bright bedroom is a double bed, one has two single beds, another via a single bed. In the living room there is a sitting area, a wood stove and a dining table, where you can eat in the summer on the terrace and barbecue in the large fireplace. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the lake, the mountains and the small town of Mezzolago. Sun loungers are available in the garden shed. The property is not fenced. The lake access (a staircase directly on the property) is shared only with the little-used neighboring house.

This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable during our holiday, especially regarding the equipment of the holiday home (very good beds, practical, modern kitchen and bathroom) and of course the unique and quiet location with large terrace, garden, panoramic view and direct access to the lake
Ideal starting point for interesting sightseeing, great hikes and bike tours. Top spot for swimmers. Everything for daily needs is within walking distance. Competent, courteous bike rental at Camping Al Lago at the entrance to Pieve, a 15-minute walk from the house along a beautiful panoramic path.
Our dog loved the dog beach in Pur and the unique views of the day's events on the lake.
A very big thank you to our wonderful landlords, the Krier family, who made such an unforgettable holiday possible for us

Great house, highly recommended!
We would come back anytime! Everything was just wonderful. The house is very cosy and beautifully furnished. Very well equipped, no wishes left unfulfilled. Fantastic outdoor area directly on the lake. Very nice landlords!

Beautiful house in a dream location
What can you say. This great, cosy house with its direct lake location simply enchants you and you don't want to leave at all! Where can you jump into the lake first thing in the morning and relax in the wonderful garden in the evening. We will definitely come back again.
