Location: holiday home directly on Lake Ledro with private lake access
There are only a few houses on this stretch of beach, most of which are also privately occupied, usually only in August.
The access is via an unpaved road that ends in a dead-end street, so you can enjoy peace and quiet and relax here.

Furnishings: Living on 2 levels. From the access road you reach the entrance via several steps. Bright, comfortably furnished living room with TV (Netflix), DVD player, cosy seating area from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake. Exit to the balcony. Dining area. Integrated fully equipped kitchen with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom with double bed and large balcony with wonderful lake view.
Basement: accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room to the children's room or also from outside: children's room with 2 beds. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Small storage room with washing machine. Electric shutters. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the lake via some stairs.
Access to the house via an unpaved road. Private parking space above the house for one car. Other cars can be parked in the turning area.
Fiffi "ge criteria: You are welcome here with large and also several dogs. The garden is completely fenced and for your own use. 2- and 4-legged friends can swim here to their heart's content. Walkway above the house. Bathing possibility below the house
Lake Ledro has been awarded by the Italian Tourist Board for its dog-friendliness. From 2011 there will be an official dog bathing beach at Lake Ledro! We would like to thank all our customers with dogs who have contributed to this in the last 10 years through their exemplary behaviour on site
