During the reservation and subsequent booking, we were always informed politely and willingly about all our questions, and we felt well taken care of. The property itself is optimal for us, and the on-site support provided by the landlords was excellent. There was nothing to be seen from TUI.

First little house with a veranda, which was really needed because of bad weather. The house was very damp, which lingered all week. The house was very well cleaned, which was really nice. The owner drove by every day and would stop at the slightest movement, friendly, cheerful, and alert. The showerhead wouldn't stay high, but it was fixed very quickly.
