There was no microwave. It would have been nice to have mosquito protection and light for reading on the terrace. The bunk beds are in need of renovation. The closets were not adequately ventilated. The service and helpfulness were great.

Dear Sir or Madam,As we had already chosen the property in advance and only the booking took place via the travel agency, we do not really think we can say anything about the TUI agency, During the reservation and the subsequent booking we were always informed in a friendly and willing manner about all our questions and we felt well looked after in this respect, The property itself is ideal for us and the on-site support was carried out excellently by the landlords themselves, There was nothing to be seen of TUI

:-( The accommodation was not even the minimum standard in Germany, it was a bungalow with 70s furnishings, minimum functional without any luxury or comfortable atmosphere. The bunk beds were only usable on the lower floor, unfortunately, the upper one was not accessible.

The very good overall impression is only made a little worse by the very sparse inventory in the house, a comfortable armchair is missing, very good care, excellent location for excursions to Lake Garda and the mountains, ideal for hiking and mountain biking, especially for families with children and/or dogs, seniors can also enjoy complete peace and quiet in autumn, additional costs of 5? per day for an electric heater or 10? for the central heating and in autumn maybe an additional basket of firewood for 3

The house was simply but functionally furnished, everything you need was there, especially very clean! Our on-site angel was always there when you needed him and responded to all inquiries promptly! Beautiful location of the bungalow, for the first time instead of beds that were too soft
