We loved the proximity to Lake Ledro, just a few minutes by car. Our children had a blast exploring the garden and nearby hiking trails. The only downside was the limited restaurant options in Bezzecca, but we managed to get by with homemade meals. Overall, an excellent experience!

We really enjoyed it. The bungalow is simply furnished, but clean and tidy. Here you can have a wonderful relaxing holiday. Our daughter and our small dog especially enjoyed it very much. Children and dogs are warmly welcome here. The pool and the common room were a great change of pace. The kind soul Elisa looked after everything daily and you felt very well taken care of. She anticipated every wish. The only downside is the distance to the village.

:-( The accommodation didn't even meet the minimum standards in Germany. It was a bungalow with furnishings from the 70s, minimal functionality without any luxury or comfort flair. The bunk beds were only usable on the lower level; unfortunately, the upper level was inaccessible.

The representation on FeWo-direkt was misleading. We thought we had booked a holiday home, but it turned out to be an apartment in the attic of an apartment building with 10-12 parties. (This also happened to other holidaymakers.) Great location.

Dear Sir or Madam, since we had already chosen the property in advance and only had the booking done through the travel agency, we do not believe that we can really say anything about the TUI agency. During the reservation and subsequent booking, we were always informed friendly and willingly about all our questions, and we felt well taken care of in that respect. The property itself is perfect for us, and the on-site support was excellently carried out by the landlords themselves. There was no sign of TUI.
