The Bodden is an ideal area for all kinds of water sports and is also very popular with anglers. Only a few kilometers away from Vieregge is the Schaabe, a twelve-kilometer-long spit, which, with its fine sand, is considered one of the most beautiful bathing beaches on Rügen. Opposite Vieregge is the island of Hiddensee, which can be reached by ferry from Schaprode. The well-known sights of the island such as the chalk cliffs, the Granitz hunting lodge or the white town of Putbus can be reached by car in less than 45 minutes.

W-Lan would be good, since the place is very isolated, we had a mosquito plague and it would therefore be advisable

The Westwind holiday home is highly recommended, the owners have lovingly and tastefully furnished it in a maritime style, you immediately feel at home, the area is absolutely quiet and ideal for stressed people,
