Our holiday flat App. 30/222 "Dünenperle" is located on the ground floor, has a size of approx. 63 m², and consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom, bathroom and a sunny terrace facing south.
Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a dressing room as a "walk-in wardrobe". The standard occupancy is for two people, although the flat is suitable for up to 4 people due to the comfortable extra bed option in the living room (sofa bed with mattress and slatted frame).
The flat offers internet access via WLAN. For your entertainment we have provided some DVDs and books
There is a free parking space for your car in the underground garage.
In 2022 we have extensively renewed the furniture, laid new flooring, equipped the beds with comfort mattresses and installed a 50" LVD TV. From 2023, pets are also welcome in our flat for an additional fee.

Location and surroundings of object
Built in 1996 in the style of Binz spa architecture, the spacious and car-free holiday complex is located on the northern edge of Binz towards Prora. It is only a 200 m walk to the fine sandy beach of Prorer Wiek. Here you can choose between a dog beach, a nudist beach and a textile beach, as all 3 beach accesses are about the same distance from the dune park. You can quickly reach the centre at the pier with the Binz Bäderbahn or the local bus (free of charge with a spa card). The green area is equipped with a barbecue area, chess fields, table tennis tables and playgrounds.

Cancellation terms:
6. Cancellation Fees/Withdrawal from Contract 6.1. Terminations of the contract can only be made by mutual agreement of both parties. In case of your withdrawal, we can charge flat-rate cancellation fees that account for saved expenses and the extent possible, other uses of the property. If the customer withdraws, the following conditions apply: - For a withdrawal up to the 61st day before the start of occupancy, €50. - For a withdrawal from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the accommodation price. - For a withdrawal from the 34th day to the day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the accommodation price. - In case of a no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip, 90% of the accommodation price will be due or cannot be refunded. 6.2. If we succeed in renting the property to another party after a withdrawal from the 60th day before the start of usage, the processing fee will be €70. 6.3. You are given the opportunity to demonstrate to us that either no damage occurred or that it occurred to a lesser extent.

Beautiful autumn holiday
It was very nice and the apartment is also very nice. In less than 5 minutes, you are at the beach. You can do a lot without a car.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
The holiday apartment has everything you need, the location is very good, the complex is especially nice for children, as there are playgrounds everywhere. We were very satisfied and will gladly come back.

Super nice apartment
The apartment, cleanliness, and equipment of the apartment are simply great. The contact with the landlord is also really great. For us personally, Prora was unfortunately a bit too far from the connection to Binz. And carrying the luggage from the garage to the apartments is quite tough. Actually, the price is really justified for the apartment, but still very high. But the apartment and the complex are simply amazing. Would definitely recommend it. And the beach is really only 200 m away.
