Great vacation

Beautiful, well-equipped accommodation.
Short distances to the ski lift.
There is also a supermarket on-site recently.

We really enjoyed the week in your holiday apartment. The apartment is a dream.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday apartment. Everything was flawless and of a high standard!

The location of the apartment is quiet yet central to the ski lift. You can reach the lift in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can even ski back to the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. The tile stove in the middle of the apartment is wonderful. In the basement, there is a sauna. Great!

We were 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is the perfect size for a family.

The underground garage is also great!

We would love to come back next year.

Stunning location

Our stay in your vacation apartment at Hochkrimml 108/2 was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled by the cozy and very tastefully furnished apartment. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great attention to detail. We would especially like to highlight the breathtaking location. The tranquility and the view of the surrounding mountains made every day a special experience. Summer holiday

We have already spent our second summer holiday in a row in your uniquely equipped holiday flat and it is with a heavy heart that we can say goodbye to it.

Beautiful holiday apartment with plenty of space for four people.

We really enjoyed our vacation in the holiday apartment. The day of arrival was very rainy with 9°C (and that in July), but the apartment welcomed us very cozy. We felt very comfortable. Schöne Ferienwoche

We spent a wonderful ski week in the beautiful holiday apartment. We didn't miss anything. The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything from A like the casserole dish to Z like cinnamon is there, even a selection of books and various board games are available. The large beds are comfortable, the fireplace provides a cozy warmth on cold days, and the sauna invites you to relax. All in all, we really liked it, we will definitely come back.

Pre-season in Hochkrimmel

In the preseason, it is absolutely quiet there; almost all houses are uninhabited. New cows are brought to the pastures daily. If you do not want to provide for yourself, you have to take a considerable walk to a restaurant. However, the house is very well equipped for self-catering. The house also leaves nothing to be desired and is in a very clean state. The house is a very good starting point for many hikes and attractions. A long list of suggestions and ideas is available. We could imagine spending another vacation there.

Fantastic location, good facilities

We (family with two daughters (13, 17)) are repeat offenders as far as Krimml/Königsleiten is concerned. This time for the first time in this flat.
The location of the flat is perfect, only about 150 m to the ski rental/Duxeralm lift/Duxeralm restaurant in Hochkrimml. That alone is luxury and pure relaxation. The equipment is also very good. From raclette with Teflon griddle to fondue, even a bread machine, everything is available. Heavenly peace and quiet do the rest.
We were here for skiing and so we only read through the numerous tips documented in a folder but did not take advantage of them, but that is certainly a plus.
Really nothing to complain about. Even with questions, whether by phone or email, super prompt contact on the part of the landlord, great!
For families, perhaps two personal tips that I had already prepared before arriving. Firstly, I have placed a motion detector with automatic light on the gallery above the stairs, as I always close the shutters at night for energy reasons and not all members of our family go to the toilet at night "fully awake".... Secondly, the WLAN contingent is logically limited. I have protected myself/the landlord by registering only my mobile phone as a hotspot in the Wi-Fi network and then distributing the internet from it to the other family members via Bluetooth. This makes it easy to log data consumption. In the end, it wasn't even remotely necessary, as our teenagers knew how to limit themselves without any problems and the quota is far sufficient for a few messages and emails. But it is a simple way to realise a "meter reading".

All in all a very, very nice holiday.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Tipps. Das Datenkontingent ist deshalb beschränkt, weil herunterladbare Filme und Musik Probleme bereiten (können). In unserer Wohnung sind überall Lichtschalter, es muss also niemand im Dunklen zum Badezimmer (und nachts ist es im Winter auch in Hochkrimml dunkel, wiewohl der Sternenhimmel oft klar ist und die Milchstraße den Wert zu Recht trägt) aber es ist immer gut, wenn es vorsorgliche Vater/Ehemann die Ihre tiefschlafende Familie beschützt. Wir haben selten einen so umsichtigen & freundlichen Gastvater gehabt. Hochachtung vor der Fürsorge und sehr gerne - mit dieser Familie - wieder. Unsere Wohnung ist ja auch Vorsorge für unsere Familie.

Wunderschöne Winterskiwoche

I spent a beautiful ski vacation week in Hochkrimml at the beginning of March with perfect weather and a great apartment! It is clear to see that the owners really care about their vacation rental. On one hand, they have furnished the apartment with high-quality solid wood furniture and coziness, and on the other hand, the kitchen is really well-equipped (I fear even better than my kitchen at home. . .) And all of this, of course, in absolutely clean condition. I can only recommend this holiday apartment and will definitely go back there and book again next winter.

Fantastische Lage, gute Ausstattung 2016-12-28

Wir (Familie mit zwei Töchtern (13, 17) ) sind Wiederholungstäter was Krimml/Königsleiten angeht. Diesmal erstmals in der vorliegenden Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nur ca 150 m bis zum Skiverleih/Duxeralmlift/Duxeralm Restaurant in Hochkrimml. Schon das ist Luxus, bzw. Entspannung pur. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Von Raclette mit Teflon-Bratplatte über Fondue, ja sogar eine Brotmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Eine himmlische Ruhe tut ihr Übriges. Wir waren zum Skifahren hier und so haben wir die in einem Ordner dokumentierten zahlreichen Tipps nur durchgelesen aber nicht wahrgenommen, aber auch das ist sicherlich ein Plus. Wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Auch bei Fragen, ob telefonisch oder per email, super prompter Rückkontakt seitens des Vermieters, prima! Für Familien vielleicht noch zwei persönliche Tipps, die ich von meiner Seite bereits vor Anreise vorbereitet hatte. Zum Einen habe ich an der Galerie oberhalb der Treppe einen mitgebrachten Bewegungsmelder mit Lichtautomatik platziert, da ich die Fensterläden aus Energiegründen nachts immer geschlossen habe und nicht alle Mitglieder unserer Familie "vollwach" nachts die Toilette aufsuchen ... Zum anderen ist logischerweise das WLAN Kontingent beschränkt. Ich habe mich/den Vermieter da abgesichert, indem ich nur mein Handy als Hotspot im WLAN-Netz angemeldet habe und von selbigem vorgeschaltet dann das Internet über Bluetooth an die weiteren Familienmitglieder verteilt habe. Damit lässt sich einfach der Datenverbrauch protokollieren. War letztlich nicht ansatzweise notwendig, da unsere Teenager sich problemlos zu beschränken wussten und für ein paar messages und emails das Kontingent bei weitem reicht. Aber ist eine einfache Möglichkeit einen "Zählerstand" zu realisieren. Alles in allem ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank nochmals für die Beherbergung in Ihrer Wohnung!
