Description
Our "Hütte 27" is a natural wooden hut - a double hut with two separate holiday flats - FeWo Paul and FeWo Louisa. It is located on the Duxeralm-Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1600m and only approx. 300m from the lift and cross-country ski run. Each flat offers space for 4 people.
In the HOLIDAY APARTMENT PAUL there is a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings after a beautiful day of skiing, hiking or mountain biking. In addition, a cosy TV/reading room, where you will also find a spacious wardrobe. From here, the small wooden ladder leads to the sleeping loft (attic with 1.40m headroom (!) at the highest point), which children in particular always find great. It offers space for 2 persons (2x90x200) and is very rustic.
In the bedroom there is a 140 double bed with 1 single mattress (1x140x200) and a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic 4 plate cooker with oven (new June 2021) and a fridge with freezer compartment.
As the cabin is quite natural and therefore very cosy and charming, it only has a small shower room with WC, washbasin and shower. Of course there is heating and hot water. All fittings and kitchen equipment, duvets, pillows and decorative items were renewed in June 2021.
The cottage does not stand alone, but in the midst of other houses and cottages. However, I can still guarantee you peace and quiet, as Hochkrimml is a beautiful, small, idyllic mountain village.
The carport parking space belonging to the holiday flat is located directly in front of the hut. In winter, your skis can be stored directly under the carport on the ski rack.
There is a south-facing veranda where you can sit in the sun in summer. Also on the garden side, a small brook ripples in front of the veranda, surrounded by fir trees.

Location and surroundings of object
Hochkrimml is located on the Gerlos Pass, on the border between Salzburg and Tyrol. It is 1600 m high (2000 m high at the summit) and consists of 3 districts: Filzstein, Duxeralm and Silberleiten. The distance to Königsleiten is about 3 km and to Krimml about 10 km.
Hochkrimml is a snow-sure area, also very suitable for children and beginners. A quiet mountain village with three nice restaurants, 2 sports shops with ski rental.
Ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are only about 300 m from the flat. If the snow conditions are good, you can ski down to the flat after a nice ski day.
The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 143 kilometres of slopes and 52 lifts, skiers & snowboarders will find a wide range of offers for all skill levels.
In the winter months, the tranquil mountain region is the region's biggest snow and winter fun paradise: the Zillertal Arena. There is something for everyone, whether expert or beginner, snowboarder or deep-snow freak, from Zell am Ziller to the Gerlosplatte, a total of 165 kilometres of pistes offer the ideal conditions for every type of winter sport. Those who don't want to stand on their skis in between can go ice skating, cross-country skiing or have fun on the 7 km long (night) toboggan run.
In the summer months, there are plenty of wonderful mountain tours, hiking trails, golf courses and leisure activities for the whole family.
The golf courses in the Zillertal as well as in Mittersill and Uderns can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.

Cozy cabin up in the mountains
Small but fine cabin up in the mountains. Clean and cozy furnished. With great attention to detail, every space has been well utilized. Many facilities, outlets, and hooks. We didn't miss anything.
The location is up in the mountains. In the preseason (end of June), there is nothing going on there. Therefore, you should have a car and pack enough groceries.
It is about 10 minutes to Gerlos and Krimml.

Hütte 27, Ferienwohnung PAUL
Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (12 und 15 Jahre) war diese Unterkunft genau das Richtige. Allen hat es in diesem Haus, welches sehr liebevoll eingerichtet war - außerordentlich gut gefallen. Auch die Beschreibung - wie alles funktioniert - war hervorragend. Selbst bei Problemen mit dem Energieversorger wurde uns unproblematisch und extrem schnell geholfen. Die Kleiderschränke sind besonders geräumig, so dass man tatsächlich alles aus den Koffern unterbringen konnte. Selbst die Anzahl der Kleiderbügel war ausreichend. Trotz des etwas verregneten Wetters hatten wir die perfekte Unterkunft. Fazit - wir werden wieder kommen!

Die Buchung verlief zeitnah, korrekt und wir fanden die urgemütlichen Hütte bestens ausgestattet vor. Die Beschreibungen zur Umgebung vorab waren hilfreich. Ein super Urlaub zum Chillen, Wandern, Kraft tanken und Erholen. Besonders der Holzofen machte die Abende zum Erlebnis.
Unserem Hund hat es scheinbar auch gefallen, er hat viel Zeit auf der Terasse verbracht und dem Bach zugehört. Wir empfehlen Ferienwohnung ohne jegliche Einschränkung und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und den Service.

Urlaub in Hochkrimml
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in der FeWo Paul. Die Landschaft ist wirklich sehr schön, mit vielen tollen Wander- und Mountainbiketouren. Die Hütte ist sehr niedlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
