The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 storerooms with washers and dryers. On each floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and living room. On the second floor, there is also a children's playroom, and on the ground floor, there is a gym, darts, table tennis, and a space for bicycles.
In the garden of 1000 m2, besides the pool and sunbathing area, there is a children's playground and swing, and the entire area is surrounded by a high hedge to provide you with maximum privacy and comfort.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
