Description
This modern villa is located in a prime location near Pula. Untouched pine forest, clear sea and proximity to all amenities allow guests a unique holiday in silence. Valelunga comes from the Italian word Valle lunga which means "long bay". Throughout the 20th century, there was a barracks on Valelungi, so this name became synonymous with the military zone between the railway and the northern side of the port of Pula. Today, after the departure of the army, Valelunga becomes an indispensable tourist part of Pula. Distance from the house to the city center and is about 10 minutes by car. The house itself consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, large living room and open space kitchen. During the decoration, the owners especially appreciated the work of the designer and thus created a special atmosphere in the villa. The large courtyard is surrounded by a wall and thus ensures complete privacy. The large pool is the central location of the courtyard.

- The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and it is as follows: For cancellations up until 30 days before arrival -30% of the full reservation amount is non refundable For cancellations within 30 days before arrival date - 100% of the full reservation amount is non refundable Cancellation policy COVID-19: Within 30 days before arrival, Refund of the reservation is possible only if the restrictive measures given by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to persons who have been vaccinated. Under the term measure, it is considered that persons who have been vaccinated must also be in quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time, when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. Refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or less days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can only use on the Istra Vacation website for reservation in the future time period, and no later than 2 years. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses. You must send cancellations directly by email to . Unverschämte Vermieter
Skorpion in der ersten Nacht und ständig Käfer in der Wohnung, dreckiger Jacuzzi und Pool. Keine Fenster im Badezimmer und keine Belüftung. Kanalgestank in allen 2 Badezimmern und in dem Gäste WC. Reinigung für den Jacuzzi kostet 50 €.
Bettwäsche Reinigung kostet ebenfalls 50€.
Die Vermieter suchen sich willkürlich Argumente um die gezahlte Kaution einzubehalten. Uns haben die 150€ abgezogen wegen Bettwäsche waschen und Besuch den wir für 4 Stunden gehabt haben.
Erst wollten die die komplette Kaution in Höhe von 300€ einbehalten und stritten sich mit uns vor unseren Kindern. Keine Privatsphäre da Eigentümer täglich in den Hof gehen ohne sich anzumelden. Unseren Leergut haben die gestohlen vom Hof, insgesamt 3 Säcke voll mit Leergut.
Das wahre Gesicht der Eigentümer lernen sie erst am Ende des Aufenthalts kennen. Vorsicht bei Kaution Übergabe. Einfach unhöfliche, respektlose und aggressive Leute und das vor unseren Kindern.

Toller Urlaub, super Haus
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Baby dort und waren begeistert von den netten Besitzern und der Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir sind ziemlich anspruchsvolle Urlauber und fanden es echt super. Können die schlechten Bewertungen in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Wir wurden mit gekühltem Wasser, Wein und Kuchen begrüßt und es wurde uns alles erklärt. Es wurde sogar extra noch ein Babystuhl für uns gekauft und zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wussten, dass der Besitzer öfter kommt und den Pool reinigt usw. Das war aber überhaupt nicht störend und die Besitzer waren sehr nett. Da sie kein deutsch und nur sehr wenig englisch sprechen, war Dario dabei, der alles auf deutsch erklärt hat und über WhatsApp ständig für uns erreichbar war und uns Tipps gab. Da ein Haus mit Pool und Pflanzen natürlich auch gepflegt werden muss, wurden wir gebeten die Blumen ein wenig zu gießen und den Whirlpool sauber zu halten und das war kein Problem. Außerdem wurde Klopapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Waschmittel uvm zur Verfügung gestellt, was nicht so üblich ist und wir sehr toll fanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war alles da und wir konnten auch zwischendurch waschen. Es hätte lediglich im Haus ein klein wenig besser geputzt sein können, aber die Vermieterin macht es komplett alleine. Und einen winzigen Skorpion hatten wir auch, aber da können ja sicherlich die Vermieter nichts dafür und Tierchen hat man nunmal in der Natur. Daher ist Mückenspray wichtig. Nach Pula zum Einkaufen oder für Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir nur 10 Minuten gebraucht. Als es zur Abreise kam, wollten wir sehr früh los und daher kamen die Besitzer extra am Vorabend und haben uns ohne überhaupt ins Haus reinzugehen und nachzusehen sofort die Kaution gegeben. Wir durften noch Feedback abgeben und haben uns kurz unterhalten und fertig. Von Abzocke keine Spur! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
