The proximity to open water distinguishes the property. In just a few minutes, without passing through locks and bridges, you can already experience the beauty of the Gulf Coast. At Villa Inspiration, you can not only unwind in style, it is also the perfect base for excursions to attractive destinations in the surrounding area.

The villa impresses with a clear and well-thought-out design. A balance between stylish and cozy characterizes this exclusive residence. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and offer a view of the pool deck and the waterways. The floor in elegant wood look gives the living area an elegant and warm atmosphere. The spacious kitchen delights gourmets with its high-quality fittings. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances, including a Nespresso machine, leave nothing to be desired. Whatever is conjured up here, you can enjoy in the stylish dining area with a dream view of the pool and canal. In the living area, an elegant leather sofa and a 75-inch TV invite you to cozy movie nights. Entertainment knows no bounds: thanks to integrated Apple TV, you can even receive German television channels.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (WiFi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The luxurious temporary home for well-being accommodates up to six guests. Three bedrooms with king-size beds and two newly designed bathrooms are available. The spacious master bedroom offers its residents not only direct pool access but also a stylish bathroom. Here, a freestanding designer bathtub and a large walk-in shower exude an exclusive spa feeling.

The sun-drenched pool area with lounge corner, sun loungers, and dining area is made for relaxed time-outs. The radiant centerpiece of the screened outdoor area is the spacious, heatable pool with jacuzzi. Thanks to effective salt electrolysis, you can swim and splash here carefree in chlorine-free water. This contains only about one tenth of the salt content of seawater and is a blessing for the skin. The sunken swimming pool is framed by an attractive pool deck made of light natural stone. In the evening, sophisticated pool and outdoor lighting create appealing effects. On slightly cooler days – or nights – the jacuzzi with panoramic views of the canal is the perfect place for relaxing wellbeing. The pool deck or the romantic terrace located directly by the water are the ideal setting for a sundowner. With a bit of luck, dolphins or manatees might be passing by in the adjacent canal at just that moment. A vacation day could not end more atmospherically.

From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Perfect vacation / Perfekter Urlaub
My wife and I had a wonderful vacation in this amazing location in Cape Coral. The house appears to have been recently renovated and is furnished with modern furniture. The screened-in patio and pool area are incredibly relaxing, and the corner lot surrounded by water is perfect for watching sunsets - we even spotted some dolphins right in our "backyard"! As recommended, we've rented a boat and the experience has been awesome - Nico did a great job telling me all I need to know as a first-time boater. All in all a great vacation - we will come back! ---- My wife and I had a great vacation in this wonderful house in Cape Coral. The house seems to be freshly renovated, equipped with modern furniture. The completely enclosed outdoor area with mosquito screens and pool is super relaxing, the location of the house on a corner plot surrounded by water is great for watching the sunset - we even saw dolphins right at the house! As recommended, we rented a boat, the experience was great - Nico did a great job and explained everything I needed to know as a beginner boater. A great vacation - we will definitely come back!

This place was amazing! It is everything it is advertised to be, and they have provided all the extra things you need to make the trip enjoyable with low stress. I highly recommend the boat rental. The instruction was great, and the boat was a highlight! The host, Monja, property managers, Heiko & Patricia, as well as boat instructor, Florian, were the epitome of hospitality.
