Exclusive ambience with a total of 250 m² of living space is offered by this holiday home, which was newly built in 2015 and very exclusively furnished.
The villa has three master suites with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers plenty of space for the whole family but also enough privacy for 2 couples arriving for a golf or beach holiday.
You enter the villa and are impressed by the high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a magnificent view of the canal
The fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop and high quality stainless steel appliances leaves nothing to be desired.
Everything is modern and tasteful with an open plan living area and large dining table providing plenty of space for a games night or a nice dinner with family or friends.
The west-facing terrace area is also exceptional. A place where you can easily spend the whole day; whether swimming in the large pool or relaxing in the attached whirlpool, or enjoying the evening sun with a glass of wine or barbecuing in the large outdoor kitchen, here you can enjoy your holiday and let your soul dangle
For even more outdoor fun, there is an additional sun terrace directly on the canal with a tiki hat
which is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.

Great house and top service!
This is the third time we have rented this house and we are always very satisfied. The location is great, the house invites you to feel good and is very well maintained. The property manager, Mrs Niedermair, is also extremely friendly and the service is first class, so you can totally relax and don't have to worry about anything. All enquiries, before, during and after the rental, are answered immediately and straight away. We would be very happy to come back to this house and can recommend the service of Mrs Niedermair (Five Star Realty) without reservation!

Dream house for wonderful holidays
This beautiful holiday home was our holiday home for 14 days and we would have liked to stay longer
The house offers everything you could wish for in terms of luxury. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, barbecue, terrace and pool-all beautiful
We had already booked this accommodation for 2020-which could not take place for pandemic reasons. Since the landlord was very accommodating, it was clear to us that we would book again
Mrs Niedermair is the responsible manager and has done everything, whether booking, house tour, questions, wishes or the final discussion with much friendliness and great competence
We have already booked again for next year and are already looking forward to it

Traumhaftes Anwesen in idealer Lage
Ich habe jetzt zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist fantastisch, verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Küche. Alle drei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsizebetten haben ein Badezimmer ensuite.
Der Pool verfügt über einen separaten Whirlpool, der in diesen integriert ist. Die Terrasse ist gegen Fliegen und Mücken durch ein neues Gitter (Cage) geschützt. Das Bootsdeck ist neu angelegt.
Insgesamt ist das Haus in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, deutschem Standard entsprechend.
Auch die Infrastruktur insgesamt ist gut. Deutscher Bäcker mit dem Auto fünf Minuten entfernt und auch zu größeren Supermärkten bzw. Apotheken 5 Minuten. Interessant für Bootsfahrer: mit einem gemieteten Boot ist man in wenigen Minuten auf dem Caloosahatchee River der zum offenen Meer führt.
Habe für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht! :)

Traumhafte Villa zum Wohlfühlen
Das Haus ist innen u aussen eine Augenweide. Der Pool, die Außenküche, der Steg laden zum Genießen ein. Für Köche ist auch die Küche mit jeglichem Zubehör ein Paradies. Golfplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe u wer sich ein Boot mieten möchte kann es am hauseigenen Steg parken ???????? Einfach wunderbar, wir kommen wieder

Paradies am Kanal
Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen in der Villa Atlantic und sind restlos begeistert!
Das Haus verfügt über 3 große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem separaten Bad und eine riesige Küche mit offenem Wohn- und Essbereich.
Dazu ist das Haus super modern eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts.
Sowohl der Innen- als auch Außenbereich ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Ein dicker Pluspunkt war außerdem das schnelle WLAN und die große Auswahl an TV Programmen, welche keine amerikanische Sportart ausließen.
Unser Highlight aber war der separat beheizbare Whirlpool, den wir fast jeden Abend nutzten.
Alles in allem können wir diese Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen, denn wir haben uns selten in einer Urlaubsunterkunft so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser.
Deshalb ein großes Dankeschön an die sehr freundliche Hausverwaltung, an die man sich bei Fragen immer wenden konnte und an den Vermieter des Hauses, ohne den diese zwei Wochen voller Entspannung und Wohlfühlen nicht möglich gewesen wären.
Der Urlaub 2020 in der Villa Atlantic ist schon gebucht!

Tolle luxuriöse Location, sehr nah am Fluss und zu den Wasserwegen zum Golf
Wir haben zwei fantastische Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt: vom super netten E-Mail-Kontakt mit der Hausverwalterin vor der Reise, über die stilvolle Einrichtung und Gestaltung des Hauses, bis zur Betreuung vor Ort durch die deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung.
Das Haus ist ideal nach Süden/Westen ausgerichtet, so dass man den ganzen Tag die Sonne und den Sonnenuntergang am Pool genießen kann.
Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen.
Betten groß und komfortable Matratzen. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Sehr schöne Bäder.
Der Bootssteg und die Lage zum Fluss ist perfekt für alle, die ein Boot mieten wollen. Von hieraus ist man sehr schnell draußen auf dem Fluss und kann nach Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel oder Captiva fahren.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Perfekt!
Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten, sogar die Messer waren scharf.
Die drei großen Schlafräume sind sehr schön ausgestattet, denen je einem fantastischem Bad angeschlossen ist.
Der neue Cage/Screen ist genial mit sehr großen Feldern.
Wir saßen oft im Whirlpool der in ca. 1 Stunde auf 102°Fahrenheit (39° C) aufgeheizt war.
Dies war unser 3. Haus in Cape Coral und es war mit Abstand das Schönste.
Top Lage und tolle Ausstattung.
Genial fanden wir auch das Steinbild hinter dem Esstisch das Nachts beleuchtet ist.
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem komfortabel ausgestattetem Haus.
