Description

Our semi-detached house is located at the historic spa park of Juliusruh, only 350m from the beach.
There is room for the whole family here.

On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190). If someone wants to retreat, they will also find a TV here.
Directly opposite is the bathroom with shower.
In the spacious living-dining room with open kitchen you can make yourself comfortable. Whether in front of the large TV with Blu-ray player on the comfortable sofas or at the large table in the bay window, you will enjoy your stay.
In the colder season, the gas fireplace provides pleasant warmth and coziness without the need to carry firewood.

In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, large induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. A coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, various pots and pans as well as several kitchen utensils ensure an enjoyable cooking evening.
And if someone wants to help, they can make themselves comfortable at the kitchen island.
Children’s dishes and cutlery are also available.

The ground floor is designed without thresholds: threshold-free entrance and terrace access. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single bunk beds (90x200). In both bedrooms you will also find a television.

For children, there are some games, books, and Lego bricks available in the room. The single beds can be equipped with a safety guard.
For the very little ones, a cot (60x120) and a high chair are provided.
In both bathrooms there is a step stool and a toilet seat. And the stairs leading down are secured with a small gate.

After a long walk in winter, you can warm up in the spacious sauna in the bathroom upstairs and then enjoy the fresh air on the balcony.

The garden is completely fenced in.
In the garden shed you will find four bicycles with a child’s bike seat and a handcart with beach toys, as well as a Weber charcoal kettle grill. On the terrace, a table with six chairs, a large sun umbrella, two loungers, and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony are available for you.

A sauna towel and a bathrobe can be rented for a fee of €10, and the linen package for €22.50.
A washer-dryer provides fresh laundry if needed.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and a water softening system.
All windows have insect screens. You will find a private charging station (22 kW) for your electric car directly at the house (advance booking required)

So, just pack your suitcase and enjoy your holiday.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located at the Kurpark Juliusruh.
It's 350m to the Baltic Sea, a walk with our handcart.
The fine sandy natural beach invites for long walks. Look for amber after a storm or find hag stones on the beach.

The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children.

In Juliusruh and Breege, you will find some restaurants.
The beach café, the ice cream parlor, and a souvenir shop in Juliusruh are usually open daily from April to October. In the off-season, irregular.
In Altenkirchen (1.5 km) you will find a NETTO market, the Stolz department store, and an EDEKA.
