Description

The apartment is located directly behind the dune. It's only 50m to the beach.

On the terrace, you can enjoy the first rays of sun during breakfast or the last ones in the beach chair (depending on the season and time).

For quiet summer nights with the window open, there are fly screens installed on the bedroom window and the terrace door.

In the cozy living-dining room, you'll find a large TV with a Blu-Ray player and several DVDs for the whole family. For readers of all ages, a selection of books is also available.
Several games for both adults and children also make for enjoyable family evenings.

The open kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking.
For coffee in between, you will find not only a filter coffee maker but also a Caffissimo capsule machine from Tchibo.

In a niche on the side of the living room area, starting October 2024, there will be a new, now larger sleeper sofa (160x200). For the little ones, there is also a travel cot with an additional mattress and corresponding blanket and a pillow.
A child's high chair is also available.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and underfloor heating.

For luggage, etc., a lockable basement is available.
There you will also find a handcart with beach toys. You can use the sauna alone and free of charge after signing up on the list on the bulletin board beforehand.

There is also a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) available in the basement. A drying rack is available in the apartment.

Location and surroundings of object

Juliusruh is a small, quiet family resort.
In the main season (mostly from April to October), you will find a beach café with bread rolls, an ice cream parlour, a souvenir shop and several restaurants.
If you love peace and nature, you are in good hands here.
The fine sandy natural beach invites you to take long walks. Look for ambers after a storm or chicken gods on the beach.
The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children.

In summer, sail from Breege harbour to the Störtebeker Festival or take a trip to the sister island of Hiddensee.
You can also take the bikes and cycle along the high shore with a fantastic view to Kap Arkona.
If you prefer it sporty, take a kite course or perhaps get your sailing licence.
