Description
The flat is located directly behind the dune. It is only 50m to the beach.
On the terrace you can enjoy the first rays of the sun at breakfast or the last ones in the large beach chair (depending on the season and time of day).
The fly screens on the bedroom window and the terrace door ensure quiet summer nights with the windows open.
In the cosy living-dining room you will find a large TV with Blu-Ray player and some DVDs for the whole family.
There is also a selection of books for readers of all ages.
There are also some games for big and small to make for lovely family evenings.
The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking
For coffee in between, you will find a filter coffee machine as well as a Caffissimo capsule machine from Tchibo.
In an alcove, at the side of the living room area, there is a small sofa bed (135 x 190)
For the little ones, there is also a travel cot with additional mattress and corresponding blanket and pillow.
A children's high chair is also available.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, towel warmer and underfloor heating.
A lockable cellar is available for luggage etc..
There you will also find a handcart with beach toys.
Two bicycles, one also with a child's bicycle seat, are available for free use in the bicycle cellar, which can also be used for your own bicycles.
You can use the sauna alone and free of charge, after you have registered on the list on the notice board.
You will also find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) in the cellar. A clothes horse is available in the flat.

Location and surroundings of object
Juliusruh is a small, quiet family resort.
In the main season (mostly from April to October), you will find a beach café with bread rolls, an ice cream parlour, a souvenir shop and several restaurants.
If you love peace and nature, you are in good hands here.
The fine sandy natural beach invites you to take long walks. Look for ambers after a storm or chicken gods on the beach.
The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children.
In summer, sail from Breege harbour to the Störtebeker Festival or take a trip to the sister island of Hiddensee.
You can also take the bikes and cycle along the high shore with a fantastic view to Kap Arkona.
If you prefer it sporty, take a kite course or perhaps get your sailing licence.
