Description

The holiday flat is located in a residential building on the top floor. You reach the flat via an outside staircase.
The picture of the entrance area conjures up a touch of romance and you have a wide view through the living area to the open kitchen.
Everything is lovingly furnished for you. At the end of the kitchen is a beautiful bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x2m),
a single bed and a cot (1,40x0,70m). On arrival, the beds are made up and there is 1 shower mat, hand soap and a guest towel in the bathroom. Towel packs can be ordered on request for €4.00 per set.
The kitchen area is very well equipped. Basic equipment includes: Tea towels, dishcloth and washing-up liquid). The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a music system. The entire flat can be darkened.
What should not remain unmentioned: You live in an old house, where the creaking of the floor underlines the flair of the house. Many people think that this is part of it, because old houses have stories to tell.
A selection of DVDs, board games and more than 50 books are available for you to choose from.
On the terrace outside(with flagstones), equipped with seating for 4 people, a large awning and a barbecue, a small oasis of flowers awaits you. The parking space( carport) is located on the property.

Location and surroundings of object

The beach is about 500 m away. Shopping facilities are also just a few minutes away and the old town with its half-timbered houses, facades from the Wilhelminian period and the town harbour are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Water and forest offer many opportunities for leisure activities. For example: swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, miniature golf, cycling tours and a visit to the Ueckermünde zoo. Walks to the nearby beach and romantic sunsets are a nice way to end a holiday day.

Accommodation for feeling good

We were thrilled with the premises; everything was clean, comfortable, and lovingly furnished.
The hosts were warm and accommodating. They were always open to questions and requests.

In the outdoor area, there were several private seating areas with the possibility of grilling.
The residential complex had a green area that was designed with plants, flowers, and trees and was pleasant to look at.
There was a permanently usable carport for our car. The time there will probably remain long and positively in our memory.
We felt very comfortable and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Like a small home on vacation

The most beautiful holiday flat

Beautiful holiday flat with nice separate terrace including barbecue corner
The beach is within walking distance and there are plenty of shops.

Warmth meets relaxation

We can absolutely recommend Family Rohe and their wonderfully lovingly furnished holiday apartment. For the second year, we were guests with our daughter and absolutely enjoyed our family vacation. Mrs. Rohe and her family are warm, open-minded, and honest, but also gave us as guests the necessary space. The holiday apartment is very well equipped, offers plenty of space, is child-friendly, and is particularly clean and well-kept. We felt comfortable and would come back anytime! Our daughter especially liked the attention to detail - she could discover something new every day. And of course, the little welcome gift; we still enjoy reading to her from the book today. It was a great relaxing time with you and we say thank you - until next time!

Great accommodation, gladly again.

Super nice hosts. Everything worked great from booking to departure. Bikes were available, so we could leave our car behind. The beach and downtown were easily accessible on foot. Plenty of shopping options are available in the vicinity of the apartment. We would definitely vacation here again anytime.

Great reception/service and top apartment. Everything you need is available and functional. The location is also very central, we visited the zoo, which we can also highly recommend. The beach is easily reachable in a short time! We felt comfortable and maybe we will see each other again.
