Description
Tastefully furnished living room with panoramic windows, fireplace, fully equipped open kitchen with spacious dining area. The chalet has SAT/TV in all bedrooms and living area. In the living room with DVD and Netflix. Free WLAN, garden and terrace. Parking at the chalet, ski room with ski boot heating. Free ski depot at Intersport Rent Shop at the Versettla valley station. Only 3 minutes drive with free ski bus to the ski area Silvretta Montafon. Bus stop is 20m away.
The journey is easy and always possible without snow chains. In winter we only rent from Sunday to Sunday. Short stays of 4 nights or more in the low season are possible on request. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the chalet. Pets are welcome and free of charge.

The chalet is located in Gaschurn/ Partenen. In the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski run and the winter hiking trail. In winter the alpine valley Montafon transforms into a real winter sports eldorado with possibilities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing or ice-skating.
In summer the extensive network of tours offers many opportunities for hikers, climbers, cyclists or mountain bikers to explore and discover the beautiful surroundings.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Fees Up until at least 3 months before the agreed arrival day of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contracting party. Outside the period specified in § 5.5., withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees: - up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price; - up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price; - in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.
