Description
This beautiful, stylish holiday home in Prerow with adjoining terrace and garden, will meet the high demands of our holiday guests. Inside the house, built in typical island style, with Darß veranda, there are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room with open kitchen and fireplace. Large-screen TV, modern music system and fast W-LAN are a matter of course.
Up to 6 people per holiday flat will find a restful and relaxing holiday here
All utilities (electricity, water, gas) are already included in the rent. Bed linen is also available and included.
Your basic equipment also includes a tea towel and shower mat.
Please bring your own towels.

These luxury holiday homes in Prerow are located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, near the Darß primeval forest, directly in the nature reserve on the Baltic Sea. It is only about 600 m to the Baltic Sea beach.
In addition to the annual Zeesen boat regatta in the artists' colony of Ahrenshoop, you will also find plenty to see in the Baltic Sea resorts of Zingst, Wustrow, Dierhagen and Wieck.

The entire house has underfloor heating, except in the bedrooms, where you control the temperature via a radiator.
There is a fireplace in the living room, which provides additional warmth and cosiness, especially in the cold seasons.
The open, modern and high-quality furnished and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining Darßer Veranda - the dining area, provides a communal feeling and cosy atmosphere when cooking.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, a washstand, a ground-level shower and WC. The bathroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a bathtub.
The 3 separate bedrooms each have 1 double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables with 1 small reading lamp each, a large comfortable wardrobe. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
The directly adjoining, well-kept green garden plot is for your sole use and is completely fenced in so that your children and dogs can play undisturbed. You will also find a fully furnished terrace with 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.
If you wish, you can book a towel package for 8€ in advance. The payment takes place on site.

Ideal place for humans and dogs
The house is very spacious, bright, and lovingly furnished. You immediately feel comfortable when you arrive. The fly screens on the windows and the terrace door are also good. We didn't have any mosquitoes, but I assume there are more in the summer. Beautiful garden with lawn and flower beds in front of the pretty white fence, which was high enough for our medium-sized mixed-breed dog and Jack Russell. I think only people with large, lively dogs will have problems because the fence is slightly lower towards the neighboring house. The house is very quiet, even though it is located in the bustling Prerow. The main street and the 4 Sundevit houses are separated by a small park. House 3, where we stayed, is also shielded by the two front houses. Behind and next to House 3, there is only meadow and a piece of forest. We would go on vacation there again anytime!
One more thing: the house was very clean!

Tolles Haus in super Lage; optimal mit Hund
The house is very lovingly furnished and lacks nothing. The sun terrace and the small fenced garden are pure idyll. Dogs and children can play here joyfully. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.
But not only in summer, but also in the colder months, Prerow is worth a visit in this house. Because the fireplace provides additional warmth, romance, and coziness.
