Description
This beautiful, stylish holiday home in Prerow with adjoining terrace and garden, will meet the high demands of our holiday guests. Inside the house, built in typical island style, with Darß veranda, there are 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room with open kitchen and fireplace. Large-screen TV, modern music system and fast W-LAN are a matter of course.
Up to 6 people per holiday flat will find a restful and relaxing holiday here
All utilities (electricity, water, gas) are already included in the rent. Bed linen is also available and included.
Your basic equipment also includes a tea towel and shower mat.
Please bring your own towels.

These luxury holiday homes in Prerow are located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, near the Darß primeval forest, directly in the nature reserve on the Baltic Sea. It is only about 600 m to the Baltic Sea beach.
In addition to the annual Zeesen boat regatta in the artists' colony of Ahrenshoop, you will also find plenty to see in the Baltic Sea resorts of Zingst, Wustrow, Dierhagen and Wieck.

The entire house has underfloor heating, except in the bedrooms, where you control the temperature via a radiator.
There is a fireplace in the living room, which provides additional warmth and cosiness, especially in the cold seasons.
The open, modern and high-quality furnished and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining Darßer Veranda - the dining area, provides a communal feeling and cosy atmosphere when cooking.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, a washstand, a ground-level shower and WC. The bathroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a bathtub.
The 3 separate bedrooms each have 1 double bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables with 1 small reading lamp each, a large comfortable wardrobe. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
The directly adjoining, well-kept green garden plot is for your sole use and is completely fenced in so that your children and dogs can play undisturbed. You will also find a fully furnished terrace with 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.
If you wish, you can book a towel package for 8€ in advance. The payment takes place on site.

Idealer Ort für Mensch und Hund
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich beim Ankommen darin wohl. Gut sind auch die Fliegengitter, die an den Fenstern und der Terrassentür angebracht sind. Wir hatten keine Mücken, aber ich nehme an im Sommer sind es mehr.
Schöner Garten mit Wiese und Pflanzenrabatte vor dem hübschen weißen Zaun, der hoch genug war für unseren mittelgroßen Mischlingshund und den Jack Russell. Ich denke nur Leute mit großen, springfreudigen Hunden werden Probleme bekommen, denn der Zaun ist zum Hausnachbarn hinüber etwas niedriger als der restliche Zaun.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es mitten im umtriebigen Prerow liegt. Die Hauptstraße und die 4 Sundevit Häuser sind durch einen kleinen Park voneinander getrennt. Haus 3 in dem wir waren ist außerdem noch durch die beiden vorderen Häuser abgeschirmt. Hinter und neben Haus 3 ist nur Wiese und ein Stück Wald.
Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen!
Noch ein Nachsatz: das Haus war sehr sauber!

Tolles Haus in super Lage; optimal mit Hund
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Sonnenterrasse und der kleine eingezäunte Garten sind die pure Idylle. Hunde und Kinder können hier ausgelassen spielen. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten.
Aber nicht nur im Sommer, sondern auch in den kälteren Monaten ist Prerow in diesem Haus eine Reise Wert. Denn der Kamin sorgt für die zusätzliche Wärme, Romantik und Gemütlichkeit.
