Description
Our quiet mid-terrace house near the spa centre offers you the perfect mix of peace and quiet and proximity to spa facilities and the town centre. It is about 400 m to the centre of the village and the Old Sielhafen harbour
On approx. 75 m² you find place for 5 adults as well as a small child. A parking space for your car is directly at the house.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen, which is functionally furnished with coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a senior-friendly bathroom that you can use with a walker to reach the shower.
On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed)
If you have problems with climbing stairs, you can use the ground floor as an independent living unit. The sofa can be converted into two real single beds of 80 x 200 cm lying surface each or, if required, into a double bed of 160 x 200 cm lying surface. The special thing about this sofa bed is that the lying surface is made of pocket spring mattresses, which provide you with a good night's sleep. Actually, you would have to say it is a bed that can be converted into a sofa.
From the living room you can access the terrace that belongs to the house. The terrace has an awning that protects you from excessive sunlight if necessary
If you want to travel with two families, we can possibly arrange for you to book the neighbouring house, which has a similar layout to our house and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 infant.
The house also has a TV in the ground floor and in the upstairs bedroom.
For your toddler you will find a cot, a changing unit and a high chair in the house.
The house does not have its own Wi-Fi: If you do not want to do without the internet, you can use free Wi-Fi.
The functional equipment of the house (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher and hoover, ironing board and iron) facilitates the usual household chores, which are unfortunately also necessary during holiday periods.
For your shopping you will find an Edeka supermarket about 500 m away or a discounter about 800 m away.
The Cliner Quelle, the Kurmittelhaus with indoor swimming pool, wellness area, children's playground and spa park are about 400 m away.
The Harle river promenade is 100 m away. The beach and marina are approx. 1200 m away

Location and surroundings of object
Carolinensiel is a small, manageable North Sea spa and unique on the North Sea coast with 3 harbours: the old harbour (museum harbour) with the flat-bottomed ships, the centre for festivals and activities, the marina with the sailing and motor boats and the ferry harbour for island traffic to Wangerooge.
Within 1 km of our flat you will find many good shopping facilities, such as a baker, food retailer and discounter, various first-class fish restaurants, good international and national cuisine.
A large spa centre with indoor swimming pool, water slide you have in 400 m distance.
Mini-golf, sailing school, open-air museum, old marina.
There are many opportunities for leisure activities nearby.
Go fishing at the Harle (directly in front of the house).
Fish stock: eel, zander, pike, catfish, whitefish, perch, roach
You can get a fishing permit after presenting your fishing licence at the Carolinensiel spa administration.
Fishing equipment can be purchased at the small electronics store directly in Carolinensiel. Here you can buy bait, floats, weights and even whole rods and reels.

Along the Harle, benches, cafes, restaurants and tea rooms invite you to linger. There is even a rowing boat and pedal boat rental service, as well as the possibility of pony rides! The paddle steamer 'Concordia II' shuttles between the museum harbour and the North Sea.
Fly a kite on the kite meadow or rent a bicycle from the local bicycle rental and explore the surroundings on one of the signposted cycle routes.

A top vacation apartment
We were now in the holiday apartment for the second time and would come back every time.
Top landlord, everything super clean, beautiful, quiet location, and everything very easily accessible on foot.
There is nothing to complain about in the apartment!

Very nice vacation apartment
We felt very comfortable here.
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Just as one would wish.
We would come back here anytime.
One note though. Maybe fly screens could be installed on the windows and balcony door. That would be great.
Otherwise, everything is top so far.

Well located holiday townhouse
We stayed with 3 people in this holiday home, including a senior citizen who felt very comfortable on the pull-out sofa bed and in the private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, finally enough dishes and cutlery so that the dishwasher could also be used. The stairs upstairs are not suitable for people with limited mobility, but the bedrooms are very nice.
It was a nice vacation, the Cliner Quelle can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the town and the beach are also within walking distance with many benches, ideal for leisurely walks. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

We like to rent to families with children. As we have 3 children ourselves, we know from our own experience that holidays with children can be expensive. For this reason, we do not charge a surcharge for children when more than 2 people are staying with us. When furnishing our holiday home, we have placed great emphasis on practical equipment.
