Fully equipped terraced house. On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area as well as the storage room. The kitchen is modernly equipped. The shower room is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area.
On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue is also available.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a cot and a changing table

The holiday home is located in a traffic-calmed residential area at Uferstraße 6a in Carolinensiel.
You can reach the centre of the village in a few minutes. There are several shops for shopping and the unique
Dike church are located there. In Carolinensiel you will find numerous eating places, from fish snack bars to well-kept restaurants with a special ambience. All other shopping and supply possibilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, ice cream parlours, doctors, pharmacies and petrol stations are also available

Eine schöne entspannte Zeit in Carolinensiel
Durch den Tipp eines Bekannten, habe ich vom Ferienreihenhaus Villa bue in Carolinensiel erfahren. Wir waren in der Zeit vom 05.06 bis 12.06.2021 in Carolinensiel. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Der Parkplatz für den PKW befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und was wir benötigen war ausreichend vorhanden. Fahrräder für Groß und Klein sind in einem exta Gebäude in verschiedenen Ausführungen vorhanden. Für den entspannten Abend sind Spielesammlungen im Haus Auf der Terrasse konnten wir bei schönsten Wetter unsere Mahlzeiten genießen.
Wir sind nicht das letzte mal da gewesen und werden auch dann wieder die gute Nordseeluft genießen.

Empfehlenswert
Ich (73) habe mit zwei meiner Söhne und einem Enkel (10) im Juni 21 einige Tage in der Villa Bue verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das ruhig gelegene Haus war sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung komplett und eine schöne Terrasse ist auch vorhanden. Wir hatten zwar unsere Fahrräder dabei, aber in einem Unterstellraum waren genügend weitere fahrtüchtige Räder vorhanden. Vom Haus aus kann man in ein paar Minuten, entlang der Harle den Museumshafen und die Ortsmitte erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind genügend vorhanden. Mit dem Rad ist auch der Badestrand in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Villa Bue ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

sehr schöne Unterkunft, top Ausstattung und nah am Ortskern
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie war gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Fahrräder für jede Altersklasse sind vorhanden. Wer möchte kann es sich auf der Terrasse gemütlich machen und den Grill anschmeißen. Der Ortskern ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, dort gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Eigene Räder können in der abschließbaren Fahrradgarage sicher untergestellt werden. Für uns steht fest, sollten wir nochmals wiederkommen, dann in die Villa Bue oder ins Haus Pennekamp. Wir haben beide Häuser gebucht, da wir mit 2 Familien in Carolinensiel gewesen sind. Besten Dank nochmals. Familie Shapkota und Tejero

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben im Juni und September 2020 unseren Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist super. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

EMPFEHLENSWERT
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Carolinensiel mit einer sehr schönen Unterkunft in der Villa Bue!
Man sagt ja "Bilder lügen nicht" und genau so wie auf den Bildern war es auch. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und auch für Familien mit Kindern bestens ausgestattet, es hat an NICHTS gefehlt.
Ich kann das Haus ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
