Description
Our mid-terrace house is located in the centre of Carolinensiel in a dead-end location.
On approx. 70 sqm you will find space for a maximum of 5 people and a small child.
If you are travelling with 5 people, the sofa bed must be used. It has a lying surface of 140 cm * 190 cm.
Cot with changing mat, high chair and internet access are provided free of charge.
If you are travelling with 5 people, you will appreciate that there is a bathroom with shower as well as a guest toilet with toilet and washbasin.
If you like to cook, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything from an electric cooker to a dishwasher to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the living room
From the living room you can access the terrace belonging to the house. The terrace has an awning that protects you from excessive sunlight if necessary. In addition, there is a balcony that you can access from the bedroom.
The functional equipment of the house facilitates the necessary household chores.

Our mid-terrace house is located in the centre of Carolinensiel in a dead-end location.
There is a children's playground about 50 m from the house.
The village centre is 300 m away. For your shopping you will find a discounter 200 m away or an Edeka supermarket 400 m away. The promenade along the Harle river is 100 m away. You will reach the Cliner Quelle spa centre after approx. 1200 m.

We like to rent to families with children.
As we have 3 children ourselves, we know from our own experience that holidays with children can be expensive. For this reason, we do not charge a surcharge for children when more than 4 people are staying with us.
If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring it along by arrangement.
The rental price includes the use of a W-LAN connection. If you would like to use the W-LAN connection, please say so when booking so that you receive the access code.
The TV receives its programmes via a satellite dish and is connected to a DVD player. SKY sports programmes can be received.

Keine Weiterempfehlung
Abgesehen von der Lage geben wir keine Weiterempfehlung für das Ferienhaus.
Die Sauberkeit im Haus nach der angeblichen Endreinigung für 49.-€ und die Lärmbelästigung der Nachbarn lässt schon sehr zu wünschen übrig. Abgewohnte Möbel, schmutzige Teppiche und Matratzen, Hundehaare auf den Sessel und Sofa welche die besten Jahre längst hinter sich haben.
Verschmutzte Wände die schon lange keinen Anstrich mehr hatten
Terrassentür voll mit Finger und Pfoten Abdrücke von Hunden der Vorgänger.
Bei Anreise eine ganze Kehrschaufel mit Schmutz und Hundehaaren zusammengefegt.
Die Nachbarn im Haus sehr laut, absolut Rücksichtslos. Das Reihenhaus hat einen Flur für zwei Parteien und ist sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarin hörte man durch das ganze Haus brüllen, oft bis weit nach Mitternacht, sehr unangenehm.
Bei Anreise und Schlüsselabholung keinerlei Infos zum Haus oder überhaupt wo es liegt keinerlei Infos, enttäuschend! Für das Geld heben wir schon besseres in Carolinensiel uns Umgebung gebucht
Von uns gibt es hier keine Weiterempfehlung auch nicht für den Wohnungsvermittler White Sail, der wohl auch die Reinigung organisiert. ! Es gibt besseres für das Preisleistungsverhältnis!

In Ordnung
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder perfekt (Babybett, Wickelmöglichkeit, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Hochstühle). Abstriche gibt es bei der Sauberkeit: Spinnengewebe und Staub an der Decke, in den Ecken, unter der offenen Treppe und an den Lampen. Außerdem müssten in die Jahre gekommene Möbel ausgetauscht werden (vor allem Matratzen und Sofa).

Ferienhaus Am Harlebogen 12 c
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 100 Meter entfernt, zum Zentrum sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Strand kann man schön an der Harle entlang zu Fuß gehen oder mit der Concordia 2 fahren, wir sind hier sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, hat alles was man braucht um den Aufenthalt zu genießen.
Ruhig gelegen und dich schnell am Hafen, für Familie mit Kind super.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und zum Meer kann man entweder laufen, dem Auto oder vom Hafen aus mit dem Dampfer entspannt fahren.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Wohnung war größer als erwartet.Gute Lage ,es ist alles gut Zufuß erreichbar.Aber zum Strand würde ich dann doch das Auto nehmen.
