Description
Our mid-terrace house is located in the centre of Carolinensiel in a dead-end location.
On approx. 70 sqm you will find space for a maximum of 5 people and a small child.
If you are travelling with 5 people, the sofa bed must be used. It has a lying surface of 140 cm * 190 cm.
Cot with changing mat, high chair and internet access are provided free of charge.
If you are travelling with 5 people, you will appreciate that there is a bathroom with shower as well as a guest toilet with toilet and washbasin.
If you like to cook, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything from an electric cooker to a dishwasher to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the living room
From the living room you can access the terrace belonging to the house. The terrace has an awning that protects you from excessive sunlight if necessary. In addition, there is a balcony that you can access from the bedroom.
The functional equipment of the house facilitates the necessary household chores.

Our mid-terrace house is located in the centre of Carolinensiel in a dead-end location.
There is a children's playground about 50 m from the house.
The village centre is 300 m away. For your shopping you will find a discounter 200 m away or an Edeka supermarket 400 m away. The promenade along the Harle river is 100 m away. You will reach the Cliner Quelle spa centre after approx. 1200 m.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
If you are unable to travel due to Corona, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount. You will also receive a full refund of the booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 60 days before arrival. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before arrival, you will receive 50% back. Otherwise, you will receive 10% of the booking price refunded.

We like to rent to families with children.
As we have 3 children ourselves, we know from our own experience that holidays with children can be expensive. For this reason, we do not charge a surcharge for children when more than 4 people are staying with us.
If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring it along by arrangement.
The rental price includes the use of a W-LAN connection. If you would like to use the W-LAN connection, please say so when booking so that you receive the access code.
The TV receives its programmes via a satellite dish and is connected to a DVD player. SKY sports programmes can be received.

Not recommended
The house was well located since it is a dog house, we naturally thought that after the final cleaning by the previous tenant everything would be top-notch. We have been going on vacation with our Sammy for 15 years and it has always been really great, but this was really not nice anymore. So we will never come back again, even though we have been to Carolinensiel for the umpteenth time and it has always been really great, but this time it was a real disappointment.

Wir als Eigentümer haben großes Interesse daran, dass sich unsere Gäste in einem sauberen Ferienhaus wohlfühlen. Selbstverständlich ist es nicht in Ordnung, wenn Sie die Wohnung so vorgefunden haben, wie Sie es beschreiben. Aber in den allgemeinen Vertragsbestimmungen werden Sie aufgefordert, direkt bei Einzug die Reinigung zu bemängeln, sodass die Reinigungsfirma nachreinigen kann. Sie haben die Sauberkeit weder bei Ihrer Anreise noch bei Ihrer Abreise bemängelt, sondern erst in der Bewertung. Wenn uns Reinigungsmängel nicht mitgeteilt werden, können wir auch nicht entsprechend handeln.

Apart from the location, we do not recommend the holiday home.
The cleanliness in the house after the alleged final cleaning for 49€ and the noise disturbance from the neighbors leaves much to be desired. Worn-out furniture, dirty carpets and mattresses, dog hair on the armchair and sofa that have seen better days. Dirty walls that haven't been painted in a long time. Terrace door full of finger and paw prints from the previous tenants' dogs. Upon arrival, a whole dustpan full of dirt and dog hair was swept together. The neighbors in the house are very loud, absolutely inconsiderate. The terraced house has a hallway for two parties and is very noisy. The neighbor could be heard shouting throughout the house, often well past midnight, very unpleasant. Upon arrival and key pick-up, no information about the house or where it is located, disappointing! For the money, we have already booked better accommodation in Carolinensiel and the surrounding area. We do not recommend this place, not even the apartment agent White Sail, who seems to also organize the cleaning. There are better options in terms of value for money!

Okay, noted.
The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children (baby cot, changing table, 2 bedrooms, 2 high chairs). The downside is the cleanliness: cobwebs and dust on the ceiling, in the corners, under the open staircase, and on the lamps. Additionally, furniture that has aged over the years should be replaced (especially mattresses and sofa).
