On the ground floor there is the entrance area with storage facilities, cloakroom, guest toilet,
The living room is equipped with a recliner and a couch. The flatscreen TV with German Astra-SAT is also located there.
Kitchen: hot / cold water, 4-plate electric ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle
From the living room there is access to the covered terrace with views and access to the pool.
On the terrace there is a round table, 4 chairs, gas grill and a sun protection sail.
On the upper floor there is bedroom 1 with double bed 200 x 140 cm, wardrobe, sitting area and air conditioning, as well as bedroom 2 ( children's room) with a double bunk bed 200 x 90 cm each, wardrobe and sitting area.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, linen closet, washing machine, washbasin, toilet.
On the roof there is a 2nd sunny terrace with 2 sunbeds.
All windows are equipped with mosquito protection.

Location and surroundings of object
The 2001 built and newly renovated holiday home is situated in a small closed holiday complex, quiet away from the big tourist streams, but close to shopping facilities (LIDL), weekly markets, restaurants and bars, like the famous beach bar Los Banos. There is a surf school and a water sports rental nearby
Within a few minutes you can walk to the fine sandy beach of Denia-Les Deveses/El Verger, only 200 meters away, which is not overcrowded even in midsummer
In 5 minutes you can reach by car one of the most beautiful and longest beaches of Valencia, which has the highest awards for its water quality. The nationally known beach bar Oli-Ba-Ba is also located here
To the north of Marina Alta, only 11 kilometres from Dénia, lies the village of El Verger with the fine sandy beach of Denia Les Deveses. On the flat land, agriculture is still practised today, in particular the cultivation of olives, almonds, wine and citrus fruits. The village Els Poblets, popular with Germans, is only 3 km away and offers German shopping facilities as well as banks, pharmacy and bicycle rental.
A bus connection to Denia is also available. The golf courses in Denia and Oliva are within easy reach. El Verger is about 100 km away from the airports of Alicante and Valencia and is well connected by the AP-7 motorway
Endless long sandy beaches are close by.
There is not only beach and sea here. Through orange plantations and rice fields one can cycle for kilometres on the plain or on roads with little traffic directly into the mountains.
The nature reserve around the 750 m high Montgó offers hiking tours with different levels of difficulty.
Diving and snorkeling in beautiful bays is a great experience.

Gemütlich: Cozy/comfortable/sociable.
We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was clean and nothing was missing. The way to the beach can be reached in three minutes on foot, it is not crowded and is well suited for smaller children as the water is very shallow. Nice restaurants and good shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. The pool was also super practical with children. We would come back. Thank you very much.

Further recommendations.
We were two weeks in the very advantageous house. The beach, restaurants, everything can be reached on foot. Shopping at Lidl and the large Sunday market where you can find everything are also not far away. The house has everything you need to have a nice vacation. It can only be recommended. Again and again with pleasure
The location was very good were only a few hundred metres to the beach
The surroundings are very pleasant and it is worth visiting the harbour in Denia
There are shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

There is a beautiful communal pool with a spacious garden. It is less than 500m to the beach, which is wonderful for long walks. A day trip to Denia is highly recommended! All in all, we had a lovely summer holiday!

sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf Gemeinschaftspool, gut geeignet bis 4 Personen, Sandstrand fußläufig in 4 Min. erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Preiswertes Haus in toller Lage
Neu renoviertes Reihenhaus in einer kleinen und sehr ruhigen Ferienanlage, mit Pool direkt vor der sonnigen Terrasse.
Alles da, was man braucht um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu erleben.
Großes Plus: Sandstrand an einer kleinen ruhigen und idyllischen Bucht, zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, eine tolle Strandbar und 2 Restaurants in der Nähe.

Wunderbar
Wirklich sehr nettes Häuschen in Wohnanlage mit Schwimmbad. Rundum sehr ruhige Gegend. Mir hat vor allem der kurze Weg zum Strand begeistert. Sehr nette Deutsche Vermieter. Tolle renoviert und gepflegt. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kleinkinder gut geeignet, ansonsten teilen sich die grossen ein Stockbett...grins. komme gerne wieder.
