The well-maintained, private villa is situated on a 600 sqm ground level plot. The property is enclosed all around. You can park your car inside the property. The garden has spacious lawns, large date palms provide natural shade in summer. Sun loungers and a parasol invite you to relax. The 10 x 5 metre pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry and exit.
A large barbecue grill with outdoor refrigerator invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. An outdoor shower is available for cooling off in between.
You will certainly feel at home in the 131 sqm villa itself. The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished and has extensive equipment. It captivates by the 45 sqm large, light-flooded living - dining room, in which an air conditioner provides for pleasant room temperatures. The fast WLAN offers sufficient speed. You have a generous 40 GB per week free, but if this is still not enough, you can extend the data volume for 1€ per GB. A television with satellite TV is available. The sofa with slatted frame and spring mattress offers an additional sleeping option. End the day with a glass of wine on the newly created wooden terrace with a view of the "Sierra de Segària" ...
From the living room you reach the guest toilet, the open kitchen and via an interior staircase to the upper floor
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also part of the extensive equipment of the house.
In the two double bedrooms, air conditioners ensure a restful sleep. The beds have double mattresses measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.80 x 1.90 m respectively. Fly screens and roller shutters are fitted to the windows. In one bedroom there is a SAT-TV. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.
From the roof terrace of the villa you can see the sea. Between El Verger and Oliva, but also in the direction of Denia, there are kilometres of sandy beaches, which are only interrupted in a few places by small rivers. It is worthwhile to take wonderful walks along the beach with short breaks for a swim or a stop at one of the cosy beach restaurants.
For the cooler seasons, there is a central gas heating system with a long-distance gas connection. You can park your car inside the enclosed property. You are allowed to bring your dog. The distance to the beach is only metres. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the vicinity and can also be reached on foot.
