Our beautiful terraced house has the perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Spain on the Costa Blanca.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 1 single bed (children's room)
It has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony & terrace to the south side.
There is also a large communal pool with children's pool and small play area on the lawn.
The house is also equipped for small children. (baby gate in front of the stairs, high chair, changing table etc.).
A large fitness studio with swimming pool and padel courts are located across the street.
The house is located in the golden centre of Oliva Nova and Denis and everything is within easy reach but at the same time has a quiet location.
There are also golf - tennis facilities nearby.
Towels, bed linen etc are all provided in the house.

Cleaning fees of 100,00€ are added to the price.

It is 400m from the beach and only 800m to the nearest supermarket.
The Sunday market is only a few minutes walk away
Denia is about 11 km away and Valencia 80km.

The shopping centre is about 10 minutes away by car.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Hello everyone, we are a young family and have been living in Spain for 4 years. We have fulfilled our dream of owning a house in El vergel. We are both self-employed, Denise has a hairdressing salon in Denia and Jake has a landscaping business. We spend the summer with the family and want to travel. It would be a shame if the house remained unoccupied during this time, so we rent it out to guests who enjoy the Costa Blanca as much as we do. It is our home and therefore very cosy and furnished to the smallest detail, so that you should not lack anything. Personal belongings will of course be removed.
