Our holiday flat of approx. 80m² is located in El Vergel, Playa les Deveses, near Denia in a closed residential complex which is only accessible to owners and tenants.
The sea with its sandy beach is about 800m away from the complex. The beach is 15km long and very wide. The beach has a shallow slope and is especially suitable for children.
A well-maintained communal pool with palm trees can also be used. There you can swim, splash around and enjoy the sun.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 balconies and an underground garage.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter ist berechtigt vor Mietbeginn vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Im Falle seines solchen Rücktritts wird vom Vermieter eine Entschädigung geltend gemacht und zwar wie folgt: Rücktritt bis 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 50% des Mietpreises Rücktritt ab 2 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 80% des Mietpreises Der Mieter hat das Recht einen Ersatztermin zu stellen, der die Wohnung im vollen Umfang übernimmt. Dafür kann eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50€ berechnet werden. Rücktrittsgebühren werden nicht erhoben. Wenn Sie nicht fähig sind bzw. verhindert sind anzureisen, dann wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet.
