The village of Veli Golji, 8 km from Labin, hides a real jewel - a large 4000 sqm plot and a newly renovated Istrian stone house that can accommodate up to 10 people. Equipped with heart and mind, it offers everything you need.
The pool with crystal clear water overlooks the green, offering you plenty of privacy.
The outdoor area is well maintained and invites you to linger and relax.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern living room with a large kitchen and a dining area. The corridor leads to 2 luxurious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 more rooms and 2 bathrooms. The fifth bedroom and the fifth bathroom are in an additional building separate from the main house.

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Veli Golji is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula and has about 30 households. Villa Katarina is located near the village.
Small shops "Martinski" are 4 km away and supermarkets, banks, petrol stations etc. are in Labin, 8 km away.
You are 14 km away from the famous tourist town of Rabac and its beaches.

Top equipped and very clean house!
Vacation from the 1st minute! Super nice landlords, know how to spoil their guests! Cake, wine, ham/cheese platter, farewell gift, etc.
Always ready to help!
Absolute seclusion to forget the everyday stress! House plus annex (for 3 people) perfect for 10 people!
For the adventurous, we recommend Zipline and the Zarecki Krov waterfall with cliff jumping and bathing in Pazin!
Fantastically beautiful towns, you should always have swimwear in your luggage to be able to enjoy the bays with the great water at any time!
It is important to always have water shoes with you!
We really liked the cities of Rovinj, Pula, Rabac, Opatija, and Labin!
Medulin disappointed us very much! There is a sandy beach there, but cloudy sea, more like a lake, lots of hustle and bustle, people everywhere!
It was a wonderfully beautiful vacation!!!!

Family Holiday 2021
We spent a wonderful summer holiday in Villa Katarina as a family for four weeks (June/July 2021). We found everything that the exposé promised confirmed
The landlords took touching care of us and lavishly looked after the property
The apple strudel and honey schnapps made by our landlords were delicious!
Many thanks again for all your loving care and attention!
Thanks to the villa's quiet off-the-beaten-path location, it was possible to be noisy at times with children and grandchildren by the pool.
The villa is a good starting point to explore Istria
Even though a little further away, the visit to the Plitvice Lakes was a highlight.

Super Urlaub
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in dem Ferienhaus. Es war nagelneu, sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Der Pool wurde in den 14 Tagen viermal gereinigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich rührend um uns. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und ist über einen geschotterten Weg zu erreichen. Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind es circa 600 Meter Luftlinie. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Abgelegenheit war wunderschön.
