The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1998, renovated in 2025, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available for shared use. The fee indicated is a guideline, depending on how you wish to use it.

Sellin (Baltic seaside resort). The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Cosy maisonette-style holiday apartment. A visitor’s tax must be paid at the spa administration.
Payment must be proven to the landlord, as checks are carried out by the spa administration. Seedorf, with its small natural harbour and resident fishermen, offers a special and romantic atmosphere. As an angler, hiker, nature lover, cyclist and sun worshipper, you will find the perfect starting point here. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed, and the bedroom is upstairs and cannot be locked separately. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom. Hallway. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, electricity, water, bed linen (first usage), Baby cot (please order when booking) (under 3 years), hand towels (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
