Very nice and cosy holiday home

The Magnolia holiday home is located in the quiet Seedorf on Lake Sellin. The house is equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. The owners are very friendly and are available by phone with advice if questions arise. The furnishings are also cosy and tasteful. The garden behind the house is great, an end of the day is possible on the small terrace or in the "fire corner" up in the garden. But also the terrace in front of the house invites you to linger. The beds are comfortable and can sleep up to 5 people. The bedrooms are really nicely furnished and decorated with loving details. The curtains darken quite well. The bathrooms are nicely tiled and you don't get in each other's way in the morning. The only small "minus point" was the final cleaning after the previous tenants. The cleaning company had neither vacuumed nor mopped the floor. However, a phone call to the landlords already remedied the situation and the cleaners came and cleaned the floors afterwards. If you book the linen package, the beds are freshly made and each person receives a shower towel and a small towel. Tea towels are also provided. Glass waste must be disposed of by each tenant. However, there is a glass container down in the village. The shed behind the house offers enough space for bicycles. All in all, a very nice holiday home for a great holiday!

A very beautiful and lovingly decorated holiday home with a wonderful view of the sea.

Dear Paulitschek-Ziola family, due to travel restrictions caused by Corona, we were only able to enjoy your beautiful holiday home for 8 days, but we had a very nice time with fantastic weather. Your holiday home is lovingly, tastefully, and individually furnished, and truly lacks nothing. One walks in, everything is clean, and one immediately feels comfortable. The garden is a dream, offering a lovely spot for every position of the sun. And we would like to highlight in particular that you are a truly dedicated landlord; inquiries were answered promptly or we were immediately helped. Because we felt so comfortable, we will come back next year and are already looking forward to it! Thank you very much and warm regards from Bad Homburg!

After years of a break, back on Rügen. . . . the smooth journey found its destination in front of the pretty, white-washed "Magnolia", enclosed by ball maple and Japanese grass. On the way to the rear entrance of the house, still with the autumnal scent of lavender in the nose, the last sun rays invite you to linger with a book and wine or tea at the "Trissebude" with its cozy little loggia. The key turned, stepped inside, the "cottage" sees two smiling faces. . . . . all bright and friendly, cozy and harmonious with some splashes of color. From books to irons; everything! is there. The quaint stove guarantees "nest" warmth on dreary days. After long tree-lined bike rides and extensive walks until late in the day, "home" and feet up in this quiet oasis of well-being. Two people felt very comfortable here for 14 days "short" and would love to come back again.

Pure relaxation!

For the fourth time now, we have spent our summer vacation at House Magnolia. That alone speaks for itself! Here we feel at home, we know where everything is, and relaxation starts when we unlock the front door. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need, cooking "at home" is fun! If you still want to eat out occasionally, there are two nice restaurants in Seedorf within walking distance that offer a good alternative (delicious and very friendly). It is recommended to book the linen package. Then the beds are made upon arrival, and enough towels are ready (also relieves the luggage). There is plenty to experience and discover on Rügen. Due to the special summer, we have enjoyed the peace on many walks, many of which can be done directly from Seedorf. Absolute holiday recommendation, especially for families with children (should be able to climb stairs). We will definitely come back!

Very beautiful holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired!

The holiday home was very well cleaned upon arrival and one immediately felt comfortable. It is decorated with great care and not just furnished as standard. There are great children's and youth books available that our children were very happy about. The garden with its three! ! ! terraces is designed with attention to detail, there is a sea of flowers all around the house. We spent the evenings by the fire pit and barbecue. You can go on great hikes from the house, and the beaches of Sellin and Binz are also not far away. You can have a very good meal in the village of Seedorf and let your soul unwind with magnificent views around the sailing harbor. We really enjoyed our vacation at the Magnolia holiday home and can highly recommend it!

Great vacation home, beautiful island!

We stayed at the Magnolia holiday home for the second time. Everything was perfect again. Mrs. Paulitscheck - Ziola, a very caring and always attentive landlady, has implemented the hygiene rules during Covid 19 very well. One feels very comfortable and absolutely safe. We particularly enjoyed the three terraces spread across the property. Although we have a journey of almost 800 km, the house is already booked again for next summer! We are looking forward to it, Mrs. Paulitscheck-Ziola! Rügen and the holiday home Magnolia are always worth a visit.

We'll be back!

We felt at home. Only about 200 meters from the house is one of the best fish smokehouses on Rügen.

The house was very clean and decorated with attention to detail. Particularly the kitchen impressed us hobby cooks - it is sensationally equipped for a holiday home.

The garden, with a small herb bed, a barbecue area, and a great additional seating area, provided us with wine-rich and cozy evenings. We will gladly come back and can recommend this holiday home with the best of consciences.

We had a very nice vacation. The house is in a quiet location with a great garden. We felt comfortable from the first moment on. The furnishings are very tasteful. Everything is well thought out and very suitable for families. The landlady is very hospitable.

Carnival on Rügen was simply great!

Dear Ziola family,
I am pleased that I will be able to stay in your cozy holiday home again next year. I am looking forward to it very much, as I will be coming "home" again. It is not always common to be able to bring a Labrador to a holiday home. My Tom felt very comfortable and enjoyed the long beach walks with me. The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. The tiled stove provided a nice temperature. I could turn this on very quickly and enjoy this warmth. I am excited to see the garden next summer. The kitchen is well equipped, so I always cooked for myself. There is fresh fish available daily in the fish shops. The selection is fantastic. I will gladly recommend this house.

Top Haus

We stayed in the Magnolia holiday house in August 2016. We, that is 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. I can only recommend this house, the space was sufficient, great and modern furnishings, lovely terrace, and beautiful garden. The key handover went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and were reluctant to leave. Although I am originally from Rügen, I did not know the village of Seedorf at all and was positively surprised. The harbor is beautiful, and with the dog, we could take long walks in the great surroundings. From Seedorf, you can quickly reach Binz or the beautiful island of Hiddensee. With children, you should definitely visit the treetop walkway or Karls Erdbeerland in Zirkow. We will be back soon. Michaela

Wunderschönes Haus in einem schnuckeligen Ort

We stayed in this very well-equipped house in May 2016 with 2 people and a dog and felt very comfortable. The house is beautifully furnished, with attention to detail. We felt very much at home. The only downside for us: the garden is not fenced. This may have prevented the neighbors from disposing of their trash in "our" bins.

Our second vacation in this wonderful holiday home

Since we were totally enthusiastic last year, we immediately pre-booked and spent this year's Pentecost holidays in this wonderful holiday home again. We almost felt at home :-) and assume that this was not our last vacation in this accommodation. As a starting point for various activities, especially with the bicycle, Seedorf is simply optimal! Apart from the restaurant "3 Linden," this year we also visited the restaurant "Seeblick" and can recommend both without reservation! Unfortunately, the recommendation from the lovely landlady to visit the cafe "Froschkönig" remained closed to us, as we were there on the respective day of rest in the area. But we will come back :-))

Traumhafter Urlaub

Great house in a nice area with a beautiful garden to relax, plenty of space with tasteful and modern decor with attention to detail, everything is well thought out and well maintained. Very good holiday home - good location, loving and extensive facilities - PERFECT!

My partner and I booked this vacation home very last minute – to be exact, one day before. We were extremely lucky as someone cancelled their holiday, making the period (we were here from April 3rd to April 13th) available for us. I had several offers available, and the reason I chose this one was that the photos and description appealed to me, and we wanted a fireplace. Also, I needed a washing machine, and last but not least, because the landlord, Mrs. Paulitschek Ziola, responded the quickest and, above all, very friendly and accommodating. Having first landed in another place called Seedorf because our GPS led us astray, we were even more surprised at the beautiful location of the holiday home. After an 11.5-hour drive, the joy of arriving was equally great as entering the house. We felt so comfortable from the first second that we would have loved to move in here forever. Before the evaluation takes too long, I can simply confirm that all the positive statements made in the previous longer evaluation are fully accurate.

It may be different for everyone, but I have enjoyed the great furnishings and decorations daily, and I find this loving arrangement of the house not a matter of course. It's nice that at this time of year, you can enjoy the sun in the garden on one side in the morning and on the other side on the terrace in the afternoon until evening.

The surrounding semi-detached houses are partly not rented out at all, but only used temporarily by the owners, so the house is very pleasantly quiet due to its location.

Moreover, there are wonderful circular paths right outside the door with beautiful nature and views. We give full points from our side and our expectations were exceeded. We can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience.

A relaxing week in a beautiful ambiance

Dreamy vacation home!!!!!!!

Arrive and feel comfortable from the very first moment! The house has a large, well-maintained garden with beautiful seating areas, a small herb garden, a garden house (with swing grill, garden loungers, badminton set, ideal for storing bicycles), and a very nice wooden terrace. The house itself has an optimal room layout, is very tastefully decorated, and the equipment is well thought out. We were a party of four with a lot of luggage. There was an optimal place for everything, and it never felt crowded thanks to plenty of space at the coat rack, enough closets, ample storage space in the bathroom, and a storeroom. The kitchen is also well-equipped, with nothing missing, the dishes were clean, high-quality, and more than enough. Tasteful decorative items make the house cozy and homey. We especially found the stone fish made by the owners themselves in various rooms to be beautiful! The house offers so many "little things" that we would like to mention just a few of them: laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher, holiday reading material (from toddler to adult), a small selection of movies on DVDs, a raclette grill, free phone calls to the German landline, high-quality garden furniture, a safe, and a wood-burning Swedish stove with available firewood, in which you could even bake bread - we almost regretted that it was too warm for that ;-) You can see everywhere in this house that the owners are concerned about continuously improving it with "this and that". We've had many beautiful vacation homes, but none of them can compare to this one! We will be back and have already pre-booked for next year! ! ! ! ! ! ! Unrestricted recommendation.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Seedorf ist ein wunderschöner und angenehm ruhiger Ort abseits des Rummels der großen Bäderorte mit schöner Gastronomie, 2 Bäckereien und Fischgeschäften. Das Restaurant "3 Linden" können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Seedorf ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Radtouren! Das Haus Magnolie liegt schön ruhig in zweiter Reihe.
