The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for use: basement with storage for bicycles, washing machine and dryer for a fee for shared use. Reserve a beach chair when booking (rental on site is more expensive).

Binz (Baltic Sea resort). The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm open plot with shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is situated on a former seaside promenade plot. You will find relaxation in 2 rooms. Due to its central location, only 50 m to the beach, it is also ideal for families with children and guests with disabilities. Central and quiet at the end of a one-way street and directly opposite the pedestrian zone (art mile). Beach only 50 meters away. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking space (for 1 car) in the garage. A free parking space (1 car) in the underground garage is reserved.

Living room (25 sqm) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, radio, stereo system, CD player, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol). Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot, TV, radio and access to the balcony. Kitchen (6 sqm) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
