Our semi-detached house, the Landhaus Godehus, is located in Seedorf, a district of the Baltic seaside resort Sellin, only 30 m from the natural marina.
On the ground floor of the semi-detached house, you will find a shower room and a large living/dining room with an integrated fitted kitchen. A wood-burning stove spreads warmth and cosiness in the cooler seasons
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and various small electrical appliances (iron/board, egg boiler, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, electric hand mixer etc.). Hand mixer etc.).
In the living room you will find a 40" satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio.
The ground floor and the bathrooms are heated by underfloor heating.
In the attic, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and bidet. Here you will also find the two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds (can be pushed together) respectively, one with an additional TV.
On the angled terrace you already have sun in the morning for breakfast, which accompanies you throughout the day until sunset. In addition to the teak table and chairs, you also have a beach chair, 2 garden loungers and a brick barbecue fireplace at your disposal. Enjoy the maritime atmosphere and watch the ships coming and going.
There is a parking space for your car on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The Godehus country house is located in the centre of the village only 30 m from the marina on a sparsely used cul-de-sac. Within sight is a small playground and the small, lovingly maintained "harbour park". It is only a few metres to the restaurants and fishmongers. Seedorf is located on the Lanckener Beek, the connection between the Having, a part of the Rügen Bodden, and Lake Neuensien
Here you can enjoy tranquillity and a maritime atmosphere in an incomparably beautiful landscape, even in the high season when it is very busy in the Baltic resorts. Restaurants and fish smokehouses are just around the corner. The mobile baker, waits at the harbour in the morning during the season with fresh rolls, bread and cakes. You will find the arrival times on a board at the harbour.
Seedorf is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in the unique landscape of Mönchgut.
If you feel like going to the beach, the local bus will take you to Sellin's most beautiful beaches free of charge during the season (May-October). As a spa card holder, you can also travel free of charge on the White Fleet boats from Sellin, Baabe and Thiessow to the other towns or to Lauterbach.

Marvelous
We were guests at the beautiful Godehus for the second time now and enjoyed our stay again very much. The equipment is top-notch and the location is almost idyllic. One can really feel comfortable here. A special thanks to Mrs. Rosowski for her efforts and service. We will definitely come back.

Spring in Seedorf
We spent a few very nice and quiet days here as a couple, you can get to Sellin etc. quickly by car for shopping, but you have your peace and quiet in Seedorf. You can go for a walk or cycle. From the terraces you can see the boats, the equipment is very good, everything you need is there. It is clean and according to the description.
We would go there again.

Wohlfühlort
Das Urlaubsdomizil "Godehus" ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte ), mit allem Komfort, gemütlich und bestens gepflegt. Es ein Wohlfühlort - zum Entspannen und Seele "baumeln" lassen.
Bei leider unbeständigem, kühlen Wetter, waren die Badewanne, Infrarotkabine und Fussbodenheizung sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren gehen und Rad fahren ein. Der Ostseestrand von Sellin ist ca.5 km entfernt.
Die Lage am kleinen Hafen und zum Wasser (Neuensiener See), ist idyllisch.
Die Korrespondenz mit der Eigentümerin, im Vorfeld des Urlaubs und währenddessen, war ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm.
Ich kann die Ferienunterkunft "Godehus " uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Frühlingsurlaub
Schönes Ferienhaus ,ruhige Lage, umfangreiche Ausstattung. Gute Gastromomie im Ort.
Zentrale Lage zu den Ostseebädern Binz bis Göhren.
Sehr freundliche Betreuung.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet , vom Fön bis zur Caffisimo Kaffeemaschine. Es war alles sauber. Für die kalten Tage ist die Wärmekabine und Eckbadewanne genau das Richtige. Da ein Spielplatz vor dem Haus ist, ist das Haus für Familien mit Kind super geeignet.

Sehr ruhig, sehr gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber
War schön, wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles kann schnell mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Schön war das kostenlose Kaminholz, wir habven uns jeden Abend den Kamin angemacht. In der Nähe liegt Karls Erlebnishof, das ist bestimmt auch für Familien mit Kindern sehenswert.
