Bungalow De Ruiser 10 is situated in a quiet little holiday home settlement directly behind the dunes in Groot Valkenisse near Zoutelande
Fully equipped with central heating, 2nd fridge in the shed, washing machine, dryer, good beds, renovated shower room.
3 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed 180 x 200, 1 room with 2 single beds 90 x 200, 1 single room 90 x 200 with washbasin.
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, blender, waffle iron, iron and even milk frother!
Living room with glass doors to the garden, open kitchen with dining area, TV, also internet for a fee of 10 euros/week.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house!
The house has a well-kept garden facing south-west with a view of a small forest.
Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are in the house or shed. The footpath to the beach is approx. 8 min, leading through a small wood directly to the dune steps.
The sunny, fine sandy south beach is one of the widest in Holland.
A lockable beach house with deckchairs, table and awning is available from May to mid-September for a fee of 40 euros/week.
Several beach cafes offer food and drinks on the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a small, quiet holiday home settlement directly behind the dunes near Zoutelande.
There are only privately owned houses on the holiday home estate, all the houses are surrounded by gardens, everything is green and the nearest 'larger' town is Zoutelande, a traditional family holiday resort with a supermarket, bakery, bicycle rental and shops for 'everyday holiday life'......The town of Middelburg invites you to stroll and shop with its canals and beautiful historic town centre. In Vlissingen, the boulevard and the marina entice you to visit.

Swimming in the gently sloping sea,
Walking on the beach or on the dunes,
Cycling on flat cycle paths separated from traffic, indoor swimming pool and bowling at De Roompot in Domburg,
Surfing on the Veerser Meer ( rental and lessons ),
Horse riding on numerous farms in the area
For children: sand, sand, sand enough on the beach,
Large playground in Biggekerke or next door in Het Meerpal
Mini-Walcheren in Middelburg,
Het Arsenaal in Vlissingen,
Museum Abbey in Middelburg.

Several holiday homes in the countryside, just behind the dunes on the Walcheren peninsula in Zeeland very close to Zoutelande (2km).
Other well-known places nearby are Westkapelle, Ostkapelle, Middelburg, Vlissingen and Domburg. Veere and Domburg are also worth visiting in all seasons.

| The price includes the service charge for 1 week for 2 persons. For each additional person we charge per week Euro 17 utilities (electricity, gas, water, local tax). In the months of May - mid-September, the beach house (deck chairs, table, umbrella) with 40 Euros per week is on the beach directly behind the dunes to. Internet on request: 10 euros per stay. The Endreini_gung done by tenants. Weekend rates or week extension or arrival not on Saturday on request. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
You will be reimbursed for the rental price if you recommend a replacement tenant or if I can re-rent under the same conditions.
additional information:
The weekly rental price is increased by the price for the beach house (60 euros/week) in the months of May-September. We also charge an additional 30 euros per week for occupancy by more than 2 people.
The tourist tax is 2.70 euros per person per day.
Internet use is included.
In the high season, arrival and departure take place on Saturday at 2 p.m., with a minimum rental period of one week.
In the low season, daily rentals are also possible, or arrival and departure can take place on days other than Saturdays.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location
This year (as an ever-growing family) we rented Mrs. Grahner's house along with another bungalow. The location so close to the sea, near Domburg, Zoutelande, etc. is simply unbeatable. Plus the beautiful garden, what more could you want? Our daughter with her husband and child felt very comfortable there and found everything needed for everyday life. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Grahner for the nice contact and smooth handling! We would love to come back.

We would love to come again!
We spend a week of vacation in Holland every year, mainly in Zeeland and exclusively in holiday homes because of the dog.
This house was by far the cleanest and best-equipped holiday home we have ever had.
It was wonderfully quiet and the garden was dreamily beautiful.

Beautiful days in De Ruiser
Despite the rainy weather, we had a nice stay. Our dog also felt comfortable and when the sun finally came out, we could enjoy the well-kept and spacious garden, including the dog. Contrary to our reservation, we arrived with only 2 people and found the space in the house to be pleasant. The house is very lovingly furnished and the landlady is very attentive to the well-being of her guests. Would love to come back :)
