The apartment also has a spacious hallway with wardrobe and a large mirror cabinet. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and comfortable chairs. Deckchairs for sunbathing are available. A reserved parking lot is directly in front of the house.
A footpath leads you to the lake and the promenade in a few minutes. The Via della Riva, which stretches from Tenero to Locarno, also has a cycle track, public beaches, sunbathing lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.
The apartment house is situated in a beautiful position in Minusio, above the lakeside promenade on Via R.Simen. Regular bus connections lead to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero where you will find a wide range of shopping opportunities. This holiday apartment is perfect for two people in a prime location. It has everything you need. The apartment has been newly renovated with a very nice bathroom. The large terrace with excellent lake view is wonderful. It is advisable to bring a sun umbrella, as the sunshade does not completely cover the morning and evening sun. The lakeside promenade, where you can also swim, is just a four-minute walk away. There is also a new Aldi nearby.

Very nice apartment, public transport very good, bus stop behind the house, another 200m away. Nice terrace, shower and toilet very nice. Would take it again.
