The 1.5 room Attica apartment captivates with its spacious terrace of approx. 15 m2, which promises a unique view of the lake. The apartment of approx. 40 m2 offers space for 2 persons and consists of a spacious living-dining room with dining table, comfortable sofa and double bed. The separate, completely new kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is also newly renovated. The apartment also has a spacious hallway with wardrobe and a large mirror cabinet. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and comfortable chairs. Deckchairs for sunbathing are available. A reserved parking lot is directly in front of the house.
A footpath leads you to the lake and the promenade in a few minutes. The Via della Riva, which stretches from Tenero to Locarno, also has a cycle track, public beaches, sunbathing lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.
The apartment house is situated in a beautiful position in Minusio, above the lakeside promenade on Via R.Simen. Regular bus connections lead to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero where you will find a wide range of shopping opportunities. In addition, Locarno and its immediate surroundings offer many cultural and sporting events and is with its nearby valleys Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca, Valle Onsernone and Centovalli a good starting point for beautiful excursion destinations.

Die Beschattung auf der Terrasse ist schon älteren Jahrgangs und deckt leider eine zu geringe Fläche ab. Mit einem zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm wäre sehr gedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

(As of July 2022) Great location! Apartment with wonderful lake view, quiet location. Short walking distance to the lakeside promenade. Along the lakeside promenade about 25 minutes on foot to Muralto/Locarno. Right by the apartment, there is a bus stop in the direction of Tenero and Locarno, leaving every 30 minutes. Short walking distance to the bus stop on the main road, towards Locarno-Ascona-Losone, leaving every 15 minutes. The apartment is functional and comfortably furnished, in a clean condition. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
