The newly renovated 3.5 room apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen is equipped with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa set (sofa bed) with saloon table. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a room with a single bed and a bunk bed. Modern bathroom with toilet and walk-in rain shower and a bathroom with guest toilet and bidet. Balcony with panoramic view, table and chairs. A reserved parking space is located directly in front of the house.
In a few minutes you can reach via a footpath to the lake. The promenade Via della Riva, which extends from Tenero to Locarno, has a Bicycle piste, public bathing beaches, lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.
The apartment house is located in a nice location in Minusio, above the lake promenade on the Via R.Simen. A footpath takes you in a few minutes to the lake and the promenade. Regular bus connections lead to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero where you will find a diverse range of shopping. In addition, Locarno and its immediate surroundings offer many cultural and sporting events and with its nearby valleys Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca, Valle Onsernone and Centovalli a good starting point for beautiful excursions.

Minusio is a neighbor place of Locarno and is located between Lake Maggiore and the Monte Cardada. Interesting in Rivapiana, on the lakefront, is the in the year 1313 first mentioned Church of San Quirico, which has been rebuilt in the 18th century in baroque style. Not far away, right on the lake, is located the weir Cà di Ferro, a castle-like building, which was built by the Urner Miliärunternehmer Peter A Pro. The chapel dates from the year 1630th
Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piayya Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts and VIP on the Piazza Grande.
In 2009 has been opened the new Lido di Locarno. It is an oasis for all who want to do sport, want to have fun or for all who love wellness. It is open the whole year and with all weather. For those who love nature, there are lovely places you can go swimmin in the river Maggia and Verzasca.
Also for sportive guest there are many possibilities: Tennis, Golf, Minigolf, ride, Fitnessparcours, paragliding, many many km to go for a walk, mountain bike, Go-Kart, sightseeing flight and much more. In the area of Locarno every guest finds fun, variety and adventure.
One of the most popular trips is in the nearby valley Maggia, Centovalli, Verzasca and Onsernone. There are typical small villages and old churches. Here you have many possibilities to walk, go trekking or to ride.

Lage und Aussicht sind super, zentral aber doch ruhig gelegen. Die Velos im Keller waren sehr praktisch. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok. Parkplatz vor der Türe.

For the third time we stayed in the Belinda apartment and, as always, we enjoyed it very much. Especially the location is exceptional (quick walk to Locarno and public transport quickly takes you to the surrounding valleys). Since our last stay, several positive changes have been made. For example, a new induction cooktop (great) and new chairs in the living-dining area. Thank you very much!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is absolutely quiet and above all very well equipped. What was also very important to us was that the apartment is very centrally located (30 minutes walk to the center of Locarno and good bus connections). All in all a great vacation rental.

The apartment is in a great location and cozy furnished. The bus stops almost directly in front of the house and it's only a few minutes' walk to the lake. Bicycles are available. Since the weather wasn't great, we didn't use them. But in good weather, it's certainly a great additional service!

Beautiful views. Nice amenities like a fan and drying rack. Two toilets was a plus when we were 3 people! Check is is a little awkward since you need to go to the office in town instead of a lock box on the property, but it worked.

Especially the location is exceptional (quickly in Locarno by foot and with public transportation you can quickly reach the surrounding valleys). The flat is very well located, with a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately, the mattress in the master bedroom is defective on one side, so that I could only sleep badly on it and had to switch to the mattresses from the children's room instead. The mattress was not replaced despite my complaint with the reason that the mattress is still relatively new.

As you can easily see from the number of stars awarded, there is nothing to criticise as far as the 7 factors listed above are concerned. What we found corresponded completely to the offer on the internet. Even the breathtaking panoramic view that immediately appears when you enter the flat was there. You could hardly take your eyes off it. Even at night, as strange as it may sound, this view was almost clichédly beautiful. Well, that should be enough for now. Gone is gone.

The flat is in a great location and comfortably furnished. The bus stops almost right outside the front door and the lake is only a few minutes away on foot.
There are bicycles available. Since the weather was not so great, we did not use them. But in good weather it is certainly a great extra service!
