The 3.5 room apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen is equipped with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa set (sofa bed) with saloon table. The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 bunk beds (one of which can be pulled out to make a double bed). Modern bathroom with toilet and walk-in rain shower and a bathroom with guest toilet and bidet. Balcony with panoramic view, table and chairs. A reserved parking space is located directly in front of the house.
In a few minutes you can reach via a footpath to the lake. The promenade Via della Riva, which extends from Tenero to Locarno, has a Bicycle piste, public bathing beaches, lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.

The apartment house is located in a nice location in Minusio, above the lake promenade on the Via R.Simen. A footpath takes you in a few minutes to the lake and the promenade. Regular bus connections lead to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero where you will find a diverse range of shopping. In addition, Locarno and its immediate surroundings offer many cultural and sporting events and with its nearby valleys Valle Maggia, Valle Verzasca, Valle Onsernone and Centovalli a good starting point for beautiful excursions.

Minusio is a neighbor place of Locarno and is located between Lake Maggiore and the Monte Cardada. Interesting in Rivapiana, on the lakefront, is the in the year 1313 first mentioned Church of San Quirico, which has been rebuilt in the 18th century in baroque style. One of the most popular trips is in the nearby valley Maggia, Centovalli, Verzasca and Onsernone. There are typical small villages and old churches. Here you have many possibilities to walk, go trekking or to ride.
