Pool villa in top location with water view and direct access to the gulf.
In 2019, the villa was completely refurbished and equipped with new furniture. It captivates with its top location and the breathtaking view of the wide canal. Enjoy unforgettable sunshine hours and beautiful Florida sunsets in the spacious pool area.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
Upon entering the villa you're just in the middle of the living area which is bright and offers an idyllic view on the water. The spacious living area is equipped with a pool table, a modern, large flat screen TV, a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired (please bring your capsules). Music fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station or your individual play list all over the house and the pool area.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom has an idyllic view over the pool area and the water. From there, you have a direct access to the pool area. Both guest rooms are spacious and have a walk-in closet providing travelers with sufficient storage space as well as a private bathroom with double sink and shower. The bathroom also has a direct access to the pool area. The whole villa is equipped with tiles which is ideal for allergy suffers.
Enjoy breakfast with the first rays of sunshine in the beautiful lanai area. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and is the perfect place to relax. Let the day end in the chill-out zone with a nice BBQ.
There are two kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
The villa is located in top location in the popular South West of Cape Coral. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations, pavilions and a playground is directly adjacent to the villa. The marvelous marina Cape Harbour with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, evening live music and much more is only a stone's throw away and always worth a visit. Publix market and several restaurants are in walking distance.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. You can see the boats below the house description after the map. In the booking process you can choose your preferred boat.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object
The excellent location of Villa Sunset Avenue in the popular southwest of Cape Coral is also worth mentioning. Adjacent is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Also nearby (walking distance) is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, ice cream parlour, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and several restaurants are also within walking distance.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. You will find many shopping possibilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Great vacation rental

Traumvilla
The three of us spent two weeks in this fantastic villa. Everything worked out perfectly from booking in Germany, through the stay on site to the final billing. The house is truly unique. The furnishings are very modern, tasteful, and high quality, even more beautiful in reality than hoped for. The kitchen is just perfectly equipped, as is the entire house. Plenty of towels, bed linen, etc. A great TV (Apple TV) and sound system (Sonos). The pool was very clean and so refreshing without chlorine. Air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, everything worked perfectly. Many small details make the house so perfect, such as a sun protection blind on the terrace. This allowed us to have every meal on the terrace. The highlight in the living room - the pool table - was used by us every day. The onsite support from Patricia and Heiko was fabulous, our request to extend our stay was managed very easily. We will definitely come back! To Villa Sunset Avenue or to another house from this team!
