Dear guests,
Our holiday home was modernized in 2018 and 2019 and equipped with new furniture. You can expect a modern kitchen
with ceramic hob, dishwasher and large refrigerator with a separate, large ice compartment.
Spacious new living and dining area with plenty of room for up to 6 people.
The new bedroom offers high quality sleeping comfort.
For the 3rd and 4th person there is a high quality spring sofa bed with topper in the living area.
In the large sleeping alcove you will find a modern loft bed with comfort mattresses for 2 additional persons.
On the south terrace you can already enjoy the view at breakfast. The sun stays until the evening hours.
Barbecuing is not allowed.
The modern shower room is equipped with hairdryer, cosmetic towels, toilet paper and washing soap for the start of your holiday.
You have a ground level free parking space right by your apartment. You will like it.

After a short journey you reach the largest, connected ski area north of the Alps.
Here you will find 9 ski areas with 81 slopes in 50 km total length, more than half of them
more than half of them snow-covered, a total of 56 lifts, 14 of which are modern chairlifts.
A special highlight are the 32 floodlit slopes.
Nature lovers will find 170 km of groomed cross-country trails from easy to difficult.
Directly in front of your doorstep lies the Rothaarsteig with wonderful hiking trails as well as the Hochheide with its sunny plateau, which you can reach

Nice short trip
Hello, we found a beautiful, tidy and clean apartment. The landlady was friendly and gave us useful tips. The apartment was the starting point for beautiful excursions. We would come back.

We were warmly and kindly welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped, cleverly divided so that every corner is well used.
The location is good if you decide on Niedersfeld.
We went on a ski vacation. Unfortunately, there is no storage space for skis and boots.
