Description
The holiday home is a semi-detached house and offers space for six people on 110 square metres.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one with TV) and a shower room. You can darken the bedrooms with electrically controlled shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven-microwave combination, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer and all kinds of usual cooking utensils.
Of course, the equipment also includes internet access (100 Mbit/s), which you can use via WLAN. In the living room, a 46" flat-screen TV hangs on the wall.
Two height-adjustable high chairs are available for your children (please register your need when booking). The stairs are secured at the top with a stair protection blind. We are also happy to provide a baby cot, for which we use a thick cot mattress (8cm thick). In addition, there is a changing mat as an accessory to put on the frame. These offers are free of charge for you.
On the terrace you will find a table group with six chairs and two sun loungers. You will find the cushions in the storage room, where you will also find the washing machine and dryer. You will also find the handcart, sufficient for two small children, here.
The garden can be closed by a garden gate and is fenced all around, so that neither your little ones nor your dog are likely to escape.
There is a parking space in front of the house. Park other vehicles directly opposite along the fence from the golf course on the road side. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available in a separate storage area in front of the house entrance.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated within the park in a quiet location directly on the golf course. You can use all the park's facilities for a fee, such as the subtropical swimming pool, the golf course, the bowling alley, mini-golf, tennis court or even the bread service. The indoor playground is free and of course the playgrounds on the outdoor areas are also free. There are several playgrounds here and a giant air-filled trampoline. The holiday park is located directly behind the dunes, so the beach is within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) or, even better, easily accessible by bike. A wonderfully long, wide, gently sloping sandy beach awaits you.
There is a beach restaurant directly on the beach with a wonderfully informal atmosphere. In front of the dunes and also in Julianadorp you will find other restaurants (Italian, barbecue, regional), in the park itself a casual "Brasserie Sandz" and a well-kept restaurant directly on the golf course.
Shopping for your daily needs, including fresh fish, can be found in three shopping centres in the immediate vicinity in Julianadorp, which you can also easily reach by bike. The cycle paths here are well developed, so you can go on long, beautiful bike tours.
The nearest town is Den Helder with its covered pedestrian zone and the ferry to the island of Texel. But you should also plan a trip to picturesque Alkmaar (for the cheese market), to the artist town of Bergen or to the Ijsselmeer with its pretty villages.
Julianadorp is a village in the municipality of Den Helder in the north of the Dutch province of North Holland (Noord-Holland in Dutch). It consists of the districts of Julianadorp and Julianadorp aan Zee. The village centre and shopping centre are located in Julianadorp about 1km away from Landalpark, which is situated towards the beach at the entrance to Julianadorp aan Zee.

As far as accessibility is concerned:
There is a step at the front door and also at the terrace door. Otherwise, the entire ground floor is barrier-free (floor-level shower) and offers a bedroom for two persons, a spacious bathroom, a separate WC, living/dining room and kitchen. You can reach the upper floor via a staircase. There you will find the other two bedrooms and a small shower room.
