Description
In our Villa 4-Seasons you will feel at home in every season. In summer, a sunny, fully fenced garden, a south-facing terrace with beautiful garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as the proximity to the beach unrestricted outdoor fun. During the colder months or when the weather does not play along, a family sauna is available for the wellness, and then you relax by the log fire and a nice movie from our small DVD collection, which you can enjoy on the XL flat screen.
We offer a semi-detached villa for 6 persons with 110 m² living space, plot 320 m², fully fenced garden, terrace with fireplace grill, 2 parking spaces at the house.
3 bedrooms, a ground floor bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV and DVD and safe (2 x double beds and 1 x 2 single beds).
Living area with fireplace, leather sofa, dining table for 6 people, XL flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, radio with CD / MP3, small DVD collection, small library, free Wi-Fi.
Modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas field, coffee machine, Senseo.
One bathroom on the ground floor with whirlpool, sauna and separate barrier-free shower, separate guest toilet and another shower room with toilet upstairs.
The Landal Golf & Beach Park Ooghduyne and surrounding area
In the park there are two restaurants, bowling, golf course, a subtropical swimming pool reopening in July 2016), tennis court, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, bicycle rental, bread service and much more
The wide and award-winning beach is about 1 km away within easy walking or cycling distance. The beach pavilion Paal 6 directly on the beach access is open all year.
The villa is located in the exclusive golf and beach park Ooghduyne. The extensive and well-maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. In the park you will find numerous leisure activities:

A riding stable where you can rent horses or go horseback riding is about 300 meters away.
The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and fine sandy beach has been awarded several times with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the area of Julianadorp aan Zee there are two managed beach pavilions, one year round.
Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape with hiking and biking trails invite.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The village has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fish shop, etc. There are also two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cozy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile destinations, such as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque towns, Alkmaar or Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam can be easily reached by train in 1 hour

Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique dune landscape. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking and cycling routes amidst the flourishing tulip fields. In the area are many cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). The resort has two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are about 1 km away.

Home-Office deluxe
Trotz der Corona-Pandemie, war es mir möglich in der Villa eine tolle Arbeitswoche verleben zu können. Dank der tollen Internetverbindung konnte ich von dort aus arbeiten und nach Feierabend den weitläufigen, leeren Strand genießen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und einwandfrei. Somit war es mir möglich eine Woche in einer anderen Umgebung zu leben und zu arbeiten. Vielen Dank dafür, Frau Reidt.
Ich komme definitiv wieder und nicht nur zum arbeiten.

Eine tolle Woche der Entspannung
Trotz der Corona Pandemie haben wir eine schöne Woche in der Villa 4-Seasons verbracht. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Sogar eine Tierklinik ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Nicht nur der Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt, auch wir haben die Ruhe die noch im Park herrschte sehr genossen.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin über die gesamte Zeit war hervorragend.
Der weitläufige Strand ist nach einem kleinen Spaziergang in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch hier war es sehr angenehm zu laufen , da der Strand sehr breit ist und man die Abstandsregelung gut einhalten kann.
Nach ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ( Strand , die Schoorler Dünen oder Alkmaar mit Grachtenfahrt ) wartet im Haus eine super Sauna zum relaxen.
Ein Besuch im Restaurant De Princen Keet in Groote Keeten ist schon fast ein muss.
Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf die nächsten erholsamen Tage in der Villa im Herbst.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden in dem Ferienhaus. Es war ein toll eingerichtetes Haus und sehr sauber!
Man hat dort definitiv seine Ruhe, auch wenn der Park in dem das Haus steht zum Teil schon etwas älter ist ist alles super gepflegt und sehr ordentlich! Auch das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte wäre, dass die Wohnung auch für Hunde ausgeschrieben ist und wir erst nach der Buchung die Bitte erhalten haben, dass sich die Hunde lediglich im Wohnzimmer aufhalten sollen und nicht aufs Sofa dürfen.
Der Strand von Julianadorp ist um die Jahreszeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr leer und toll mit Hunden!
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin über E-Mail war jederzeit möglich und es gab immer eine schnelle und freundliche rückantwort.

wunderschöner Urlaub in wundervollem Haus
Wir haben im November 2019 einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Direkt zu Beginn war der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin Frau Reidt freundlich und absolut unkompliziert.
Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Sogar für einen verregneten Tag sind TV-Gerät mit Google-Chrome Cast zum streamen vorhanden.
Durch tolle Tipps von der Vermieterin ( es liegt auch eine Info-Mappe im Haus) konnten wir sehr gut essen gehen und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist darüber hinaus mit Allem ausgestattet, dass man sich wunderbar selbst verpflegen kann und es an Nichts mangelt.
Wir können nur sagen, dass wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben und ganz bestimmt wiederkommen werden. Man merkt einfach, dass Frau Reidt ihr Haus pflegt und mit Herzblut eingerichtet hat und einen sehr guten Job macht.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wonderful holiday home
We are thrilled with this holiday home. We spent a week with our two dogs in Villa-4-Seasons and were more than satisfied. It is a very modern, cosy and tastefully furnished holiday home with very good equipment. It is exactly as seen in the pictures and lacked nothing. Everything was very clean, the kitchen optimally equipped, the garden completely fenced and beautifully planted, so that you could sunbathe or barbecue undisturbed in the garden.
The sauna is a good size, where you can also lie comfortably and relax. The living area is bright and cosy. The sofa is very comfortable and big enough for two people to lie on. There was also no lack of accessories for entertainment in bad weather, with numerous films, books and board games
We found the small attentions extremely nice, which showed us that they really pay attention to who moves into the holiday home as a guest. For our dogs there was a place mat and a dog bowl in an appropriate size and other little things showed this attention.
It was a wonderful holiday, during which we also enjoyed spending a lot of time in the holiday home and the garden and simply relaxing.
Even if we had any questions on site, the landlady was immediately available and very friendly and helpful
For us as dog owners, the location was also ideal, as we were at the beach in a few minutes or within 10 minutes by car in the various nature reserves and could go for long walks.
By the way, it didn't take a week for the deposit to be returned.
We are still thrilled and will holiday there again. We have already recommended the holiday home to others.
It is absolutely recommendable.

Great holiday home
We had a great holiday. The holiday home is very nicely furnished, especially very clean. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. We immediately felt at home.
We spent a three-generation family holiday there and had a lot of fun.
The garden is completely fenced in and is a great place to sit when the weather is nice.
It is not far to the beach, which can be reached on foot. The contact with the landlady was good.
All in all, I can only say that we would love to come back. We also really liked Julianadorp and the surrounding area.

Beautiful holiday home
Four of us with two dogs spent a very nice holiday in the holiday home. The holiday home is big enough and the fenced garden was great for our dogs and of course for us. The location of the holiday home is nice, you can walk to the beach. The contact with the landlady was great and the problem with the Wi-Fi was quickly solved. We were completely satisfied and will gladly come back again.

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Wir haben einen traumhaften Familienurlaub in der Villa 4Seasons verbracht. Alle (3 Erwachsene, 3Kinder und 1Hund) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar. Die Nähe zum Strand ist prima. Das Haus ist so gestaltet, dass man auch ein paar Regentage sehr gut überstehen kann.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden vor Ort. Das saubere Ferienhaus ist perfekt und gemütlich eingerichtet . Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und der eingezäunte Garten war ideal für unsere Hunde. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt.

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus mit Familie, Kindern und Hund verbracht. Die Räume sind schön eingerichtet, großzügig und sauber. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vor Ort, sodass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Kinder und Hund konnten in dem schönen eingezäunten Garten spielen, ohne dass wir sorgen mussten, dass einer stiften geht. Der Strand ist einen schönen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Restaurants, die uns empfohlen wurden, waren alle ihre Empfehlung wert. Wir werden sicher und gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie eine Woche hier um zu entspannen. Schön gelegenes, sauberes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und großartiger Sauner! Hier haben wirklich alle ausreichend Platz.
Die Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar und umliegende Restaurants, wie auf der Seite empfohlen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Perfektes Haus
