We offer you a lovingly and modernly furnished holiday flat for 2-3 people in a top residential complex at the Hafenidyll Karlshagen
It has a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. The fully equipped kitchenette with separate breakfast corner is located in the living area.
The flat can be rented all year round and has a 16 sqm balcony (south-west facing) with a great view of the pretty marina. The flat has a parking space directly at the residence.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat is fantastically located in the Hafenidyll residential complex (2 apartment buildings), directly on the tranquil marina of Karlshagen. The houses have a beautiful, typical regional architecture, highlighted by spacious wooden balconies or terraces facing southwest with a view of the harbour and the Peene landscape (unique, relaxing atmosphere, especially at sunset)
Town centre with shopping facilities - 800m,
fish sale with snack bar at the harbour (local fisherman),
various boat trips from the harbour,
2 very good, cosy restaurants directly at the harbour,
many different restaurants in the village,
Baltic Sea beach through the village - 1.8km

Karlshagen is a special holiday tip in the north of the sunny island of Usedom. Situated between one of the most beautiful and extensive Baltic beaches on the one hand and the romantic backwater of the Peene with its cosy harbour on the other, the village is embedded in extensive deciduous and coniferous forests.
The still largely untouched nature invites you to go for long walks, cycling tours, hiking, jogging and Nordic walking. A highlight is the kilometre-long sandy beach with its many uses, such as surfing, sunbathing (beach chair rental), nudist sections, dog beach, etc. The seaside resort gets a charade in summer
The seaside resort takes on a charming liveliness in summer, which you can escape from at any time in the immediate vicinity.
Further afield, there are a variety of things to do, such as in Peenemünde (6km), Trassenheide (4km), Zinnowitz (10km), Wolgast (12km) or the livelier imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin (35)
you can easily get to Poland "behind" Ahlbeck, a good 1km away is Swinemünde.

We had a wonderful stay in Karlshagen. The vacation apartment was top-notch. Cleanliness, equipment, location, the beautiful large balcony exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back.

We can only agree with our predecessors. Cozy apartment, large balcony. It's great for watching the harbor. Now we are in this apartment for the second time and it feels like coming home. ☺️? We would love to come a third time ?.

Short break with my children

Rarely have I been so well accommodated on the Baltic Sea as in this apartment. With a view of the cute harbor and absolute peace, a well-appointed apartment where no wishes were left unfulfilled and fish supply directly at the doorstep. We were definitely not here for the last time, and actually, we didn't want to leave at all. A very nice, relaxing vacation.

We would have loved to stay longer!!!

The corona restrictions caused our originally planned traditional May vacation in our desired holiday apartment to be canceled. Thanks to the high customer orientation and flexibility of the friendly landlords, we were able to enjoy a relaxing extended weekend at least. We felt very comfortable as always and definitely recommend the holiday apartment.

Unser zweites Zuhause

For years, we have been coming to Karlshagen to stay in this holiday apartment and we just feel at home. The organization of the apartment handover by Mrs. Breining also works very well; we are always warmly greeted by her. There are very nice excursion destinations in this region. Any shortcomings in the apartment were all taken care of by the Peters family.
We would like to thank the landlord for providing this apartment and we are already looking forward to our next vacation.

So far all is well.

Overall everything is okay - but here are a few things that bothered me: the bed makes terrible noises with every movement - the shower is quite narrow and the water leaks out because the bottom rail on the doors has been removed, there is always a puddle in front of it - the TV has awful sound quality and several channels are missing. Bsp ZDF ARTE 3Sat ZDF NEO and and
- otherwise, you have a wonderful view of the harbor, can cycle great, and the next delicious fish is not far away

herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ihre Hinweise haben wir aufgenommen und abgestellt. In der Wohnung ist jetzt ein 46"- FERNSEHER. Also Verbesserung in jeder Hinsicht. Gummischiene an der Duschtür und Bettgeräusche haben sich als Mängel über die Mietsaison eingeschlichen und wurden natürlich von uns abgestellt. Insofern einen besonderen Dank für Ihre Hinweise.

Relaxing vacation

Beautifully located apartment, fantastic view of the harbor. Sun from noon until evening. In close proximity are two good restaurants, especially recommended is Pier 10, beautiful location, good cuisine. Fresh fish can be bought at the Ehmke fish shop at the harbor, where you can also eat very deliciously and cheaply. The beach is quickly reachable by bike, Zinnowitz, a very beautiful, large, and worth seeing seaside resort, is easily accessible by bike. The apartment is comfortably furnished, all in all a very nice and relaxing holiday.

The Baltic Sea is a great gift of nature for us. It offers us relaxation, gives us strength for everyday life. That's why we use this flat and when we're not there, we like to make it available to others. All around Karlshagen we have pure, varied nature. And this naturalness also continues in the village, as there are no large hotel complexes in Karlshagen.
