Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1978, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, within a residence, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the panoramic view from the property and its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger and barbecue facilities.

Location
Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 4 m x 9 m, 1.50 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. Sun lounger at the pool available.

not allowed.

and is reached via 20 steps. Living room with TV, dining area and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extra bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (4 burners), oven, fridge and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning (27.06.26-29.08.26), parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 10 € per object per day (29.08.26-24.10.26), heating 10 € per object per day.
