Description

The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger and barbecue facilities.

Lazise. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 8 m, 1.50 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. Sun lounger available by the pool.
