The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1978, renovated in 2014 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a residence, on the outskirts. Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

The property is quietly situated within walking foot close to the center, the particular features of the kitchen is very minimalist and just suitable for the preparation of meals like that.

Disadvantage: There were 4 rental apartments in the property! In the picture, however, the customer is suggested that there is only one apartment, which runs along the front of the upper floor. The apartment 3-right but has only a narrow side balcony / terrace to the front!
