The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1978, renovated in 2014, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. For athletes, there is a wide range of water sports available, such as windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing, sailing, and rowing. The town offers mountain bike, bicycle, and scooter rentals. Other sports options include tennis, horse riding, golf, and go-karting. Lake tours and boat rentals are possible on Lake Garda.

Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed property, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Excursions and sightseeing can be undertaken to the Thermal Park Villa dei Cedri, Parco Sigurta in Valeggio 20 km, Zoo Safari 7 km, Gardaland amusement park 7 km, Verona 25 km, Venice 170 km, Mantua, Brescia, Vicenza 50 km, Milan 120 km, and Trento 70 km. In summer: Lake Garda 1000 m in Lazise (beach with sand and pebbles). Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.

Very nice and well maintained property, plenty of room, clean pool, quiet surroundings. No Stuhl.- and chairs upholstered, unsuitable for holidaymakers waste concept.

We were there with 2 small children. (1,2)
The homeowner was always very friendly, provided the general rules at the pool etc. are respected. Help with ordering pizza was also available. Our kids could move freely and have a lot of fun. The apartment was very nice and much bigger than in the pictures. Shower wall could be replaced again.
