The luxurious 7-person holiday villa is situated in a quiet location, west of the centre building of the holiday park on the Grevelinger Sea and North Sea. Suitable for families, sports activities: Hiking, surfing, sailing, horse riding, diving, cycling, fishing.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and a utility room.
On the upper floor you will find 3 x two-person bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
All with boxspring beds and the rooms are extra insulated, 2de WC.
In the garden there is a sun terrace with garden furniture and sun beds.

The house is located in the 5-star park "ZEELAND VILLAGE" with indoor swimming pool and several playgrounds.
All holiday homes are detached and surrounded by large gardens.
Especially families with children are in good hands here.
If you want, you can visit the North Sea (2km away) and the Grevelingermeer (700m away)
do fantastic water sports. You can reach the North Sea by bicycle via cycle paths
as well as the lively town of Renesse. You can pass Renesse and through the dunes on beautiful
Mussel paths to Burgh-Haamstede and further through the Oosterscheldekering, the nature reserve
Kwade Hoek near Ouddorp, the towns of Brouwershaven, Veere and Zierikzee, our cosy house is close to the beaches of the North Sea and Brouwersdam. A beautiful walk of about 15-30 minutes along the old wall on the dyke and you are already in the North Sea and Brouwersdam

A holiday home for feeling good
A very tastefully furnished, clean, and spacious holiday home that we gladly recommend. Optimal for 4 to 5 people. In the spacious garden overlooking the pond, you can not only relax wonderfully but also play bocce or similar with the family. The house is located in a quiet holiday complex, from where you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes by car, a well-equipped supermarket is within walking distance. As an alternative to the beach, there are lovely villages in the vicinity that invite you to take a stroll, even in bad weather.
Very sympathetic and uncomplicated landlords - we really enjoyed our vacation.

Absolutely recommended!
In this large, clean holiday home, relaxation is guaranteed. The interior leaves nothing to be desired; from the number of glasses and dishes to the space for personal belongings in the cabinets, the smart TV in the living room (plus 2nd TV in the upper floor), the comfortable lounge area and cozy dining area, to the appliances such as washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher (not to mention the Senseo coffee machine), everything is available! The property borders, separated by a fence, directly on a small duck pond. Already in the morning, there is a sunny spot on the terrace, from which the sun only says goodbye in the evening. We were four adults in this beautiful holiday home and did not feel cramped even in unpleasant weather! We will gladly come back!
