The luxurious 7-person holiday villa is situated in a quiet location, west of the centre building of the holiday park on the Grevelinger Sea and North Sea. Suitable for families, sports activities: Hiking, surfing, sailing, horse riding, diving, cycling, fishing.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and a utility room.
On the upper floor you will find 3 x two-person bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
All with boxspring beds and the rooms are extra insulated, 2de WC.
In the garden there is a sun terrace with garden furniture and sun beds.

The house is located in the 5-star park "ZEELAND VILLAGE" with indoor swimming pool and several playgrounds.
All holiday homes are detached and surrounded by large gardens.
Especially families with children are in good hands here.
If you want, you can visit the North Sea (2km away) and the Grevelingermeer (700m away)
do fantastic water sports. You can reach the North Sea by bicycle via cycle paths
as well as the lively town of Renesse. You can pass Renesse and through the dunes on beautiful
Mussel paths to Burgh-Haamstede and further through the Oosterscheldekering, the nature reserve
Kwade Hoek near Ouddorp, the towns of Brouwershaven, Veere and Zierikzee, our cosy house is close to the beaches of the North Sea and Brouwersdam. A beautiful walk of about 15-30 minutes along the old wall on the dyke and you are already in the North Sea and Brouwersdam

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Optimal für 4 bis 5 Personen. In dem großzügigen Garten mit Blick auf den Teich, kann man nicht nur wunderbar entspannen, sondern auch mit der Familie z. B. Boccia o. ä. spielen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage, von der aus man in ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto den Strand erreicht, ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Als Alternative zum Strand gibt es hübsche Ortschaften in der näheren Umgebung, die auch bei schlechterem Wetter zum Bummeln einladen.
Sehr sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieter - wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
In diesem großen, sauberen Ferienhaus ist Erholung garantiert. Die Inneneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen; von der Anzahl der Gläser und des Geschirrs über den Platz für eigene Dinge in den Schränken, das Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer (plus 2. Fernseher im OG), die bequeme Wohnlandschaft und gemütliche Essecke, bis zu den Geräten, wie Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Spülmaschine (Senseo-Gerät nicht zu vergessen) ist alles vorhanden!
Das Grundstück grenzt, getrennt durch einen Zaun, unmittelbar an einen kleinen Ententeich. Bereits am Morgen findet sich ein sonniges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, von der die Sonne sich dann auch erst am Abend wieder verabschiedet.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und fühlten uns selbst bei ungemütlichem Wetter keinesfalls beengt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
