This beautifully located and high-quality furnished flat is equipped with a beautiful, spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Ceramic hob and oven, coffee and espresso machine, as well as kettle and egg boiler are available. The cosy dining area offers space for four people, the table is extendable
In the living room you will find a leather seating area, which when folded out offers sleeping space for two people. Stereo with USB connection and flat-screen TV are available. The flat is carpeted. A large wardrobe offers you a lot of storage space
The bedroom is half a floor up and is equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe. The size of the bed is 180 x 200 cm, without foot end. A large window front overlooking the sea offers you wonderful views before going to bed. The bright bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. A numbered parking space and bicycle racks are available in front of the house.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, which you are welcome to use if necessary.

Alice is located in Westerland, one of the small towns that Sylt is known for, just 40 metres from the beach. The pedestrian zone "Friedrichstraße", the main shopping street of the island, is only a few hundred metres away. In the immediate vicinity you will also find the "Sylter Welle" with wellness and fitness area and sauna. Westerland is the heart and centre of the island. Here you will find everything that makes for an all-round successful holiday.
